They added a service charge on to the price, which I was told was standard and was explained on their website, no sign of this latar, now feel I was ripped off and won't deal with this company against, well done you gained a little cash and lost a customer, was also told it would be valeted, it wasn't, it was given a quick dust and sprayed with something that smelled nice to look like it had been, dirty inside glove box and storage, checked later found 20p and a toy car in the back, disappointing that they wouldn't even do that, will make me more wary in future

I have recently purchased a car from the Preston Branch.
I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Wayne.
I was extremely overwhelmed and uneasy car searching and when I came across NWTC immediately things became easier after just one conversation with Wayne.

I eventually found the car I liked and Wayne went above and beyond ensuring everything was organised and right for me.
This included mot and everything checked. Again not being a car know it all these things make me feel uneasy (Like I'm being had off almost) but Wayne was friendly, polite and answered all the questions I had. The whole process from finding the car and bringing it home was just over a week and I was kept upto date whenever there was a update.

I had a great experience at NWTC and would recommend giving them a visit if you are car hunting.

Although we got off to a bit of a wobbly start as the car we went to see wasn't actually there, a gentleman called Ian came to rescue us! Ian was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He assured us he'd have the car ready for us in two days and he was true to his word and was so helpful throughout the process. Thank you so much for helping us buy a first car!

I recently was in contact with the Haslingden branch and was dealing with a salesman called Adnan, Who on the surface seemed friendly and approachable but during communication he has lied regarding the signing of documents for finance on a car. He failed to declare that it was actually a commitment to buying the car and releasing the funds to them for it without us seeing it. He lied by saying if the car was not for us we could pull out or transfer the finance to another car, and the last signing for the finance would not be till on the day once we were happy with it. We travelled all the way down from Scotland to view the car to which on the day he said he had drove it and would not feel comfortable selling it to us as he thinks the alternator was on its way out, we never even got a chance to see the car, why he could not have communicated this to us to save us travelling down is baffling. The worst part is due to his lies and incompetent communication and actions this has now affected my credit score for future finance due to the finance on a car I did not buy having to be unwound and returned to the finance company. This person should not be allowed to be a salesperson. Avoid this branch at all costs

Range of cars was great and the salesperson Austin, was very helpful, informative and patient. 2nd time purchasing a car here and we would recommend.

I sold my caravan next door and came in here on the off chance to sell my car, I was greeted by Nathen and his son, who were more than helpful, they offered me a fair price, and a week later I handed it over money in my bank in 5 minutes. I could not fault the whole process, they even gave me a lift to Preston station, I would highly recommend them👍👍☺️☺️☺️

Friendly staff .. Wayne was very professional and made the buying experience easy, may not be the cheapest cars around but you get what you pay for very good quality car and well presented on pick up. I would definitely buy from him / them again
