Joined the Facebook Community for this, and mentioned that the club I walk with charge £15/year. I said they did the same walk in Muckish she's charging £20/day for and I was kicked out of the chat and my comment was deleted.

A few walks each month with this company soon add up to a lot of cash! Cheaper options out there.

I went on a Wellbeing day with Northstar Wellbeing this past weekend. It was fantastic from start to finish. The day was extremely well organised, with great attention to detail. Nuala is warm, friendly and has a wealth of useful and interesting knowledge on the local area and wellbeing in general. I left the day feeling refreshed and cared for and peaceful. I highly recommend Northstar Wellbeing's services.

The Binevenagh Experience facilitated by Nuala @northstarwellbeing is not to be missed. She brings a unique perspective to every walk she leads and this one especially. It is fun but inspiring and Nuala's knowledge and expertise from years of leading walks shines through. She knows this area like the back of her hand, looks after her walkers with care and kindness.

First mindful walk in nature. Fun and energising experience with a lovely group. Perfect way to spend a Sunday morning.

Had my first guided walk today with Nuala from Northstar. I hadn't had my walking boots on in years, was a little nervous but I felt I was in very safe hands and I was able to enjoy the company and the scenery. She's very knowledgeable about the area and creates a lovely atmosphere on the walk. Would definitely recommend.

I've been out on a few guided walks with Nuala and she is amazing. She has them risk assessed so you feel safe and well planned for all abilities.. You get to connect with other like minded people as well as connecting to nature and the beauty around you. Well worth a try

During “Calm at Christmas” Nuala provided a wonderfully nurturing space for 24 days of December- meditation, journaling and a regular gratitude practice. She was consistently online at 6am every day on zoom which was available as a recording later. It was wonderful and I can recommend her programmes highly.

Through Nuala I discovered the power of my breath and the space to create some time for me in a very busy world.

Nuala’s meditation and journaling challenge has been a beautiful experience this month. Participating has given me the opportunity take time out every day for self reflection and self-care and a positive start to the day

The way that Nuala has put the program together, the themes and the way she delivered them, make the meditation challenge very special. Her guided meditations are beautiful and set you up for a balanced and calm day ahead .

This is such a gentle, yet powerful start to my mornings! It has supported me through many challenges and helped with my inner awareness and growth. If you don't make the live, you can listen at another time, so it's flexible to your routine or what you need at the time. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to commence some self care practice with the added benefits of some structure, guidance and support ❣️

An excellent experience! Nula challenged staff to reflect, relax and recharge! The group was set at ease with a range of activities and through connection to real life stories, 'harnessing' a 'state of mind' for 'readiness' to move forward. By changing our actions we can move forward, 'together', to accept change, to become more engaging. Catch it... control it... change it...!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this trip I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but Nuala was amazing she kept us all on track and kept a steady pace that suited all of us. I had an amazing day out with a bunch of amazing women. Nuala is inspirational and I would highly recommend you go on one of these trips. I will definitely be going on many more. I was with a friend this time but you could go on your own as Nuala is great at getting everyone talking so you will never feel alone.

Nuala facilitated our recent Team Day, this was a fantastic experience allowing our team to focus on their own self care and wellbeing. Nuala arranged the entire day including our venue and food. We enjoyed connecting with each other throughout the day and learning new practices to promote our own wellbeing.

In February 2024 I joined the early morning group for a virtual rise and shine guided by Nuala. This daily practice has been a complete game changer for me. New habits and routines have been formed which have had such a positive impact in my life. So much so, I continued every month! Nuala is amazing and has a natural talent, better than any ap! If you don't like an early morning you can choose to listen to the recordings so it can fit with your lifestyle.

The facilitator was fantastic with the ladies. Very gentle, approachable and made everyone feel at ease. A very enjoyable experience as some of the ladies this was very new to.

It was uplifting and definitely what the Dr ordered. I personally felt very nurtured, uplifted and confident. I enjoyed sharing my mindfulness with others tonight and I had so much fun learning about nature and how to be quiet for 5 minutes as you gathered that was hard for me. Thank you so very much - just wonderful!

We had a lovely day walking in Donegal on Saturday with the walking group. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting fresh air, good company and interesting information in the local area.

Nuala offers the opportunity to join her online for a 15 minute guided meditation, followed by 15 minute journalling each morning for 30 days. Each day has a theme and journal prompts. Participants can then opt to do some movement afterwards. I have seen the benefits of this practice as it sets a great foundation for the rest of the day. Option to view the recording later each morning, if you prefer. I love this new way of beginning my day.

Nuala at Northstar is an amazing guide, mentor and facilitator and all round inspirational woman. Her talks, meditations and group work and her walks, retreats and adventures will all help you with your well being, self care and connectedness. It’s been a joy to do her morning mediations and journalling for a few months now which have helped me to become more focussed and grounded. Northstar has been a gem of a find for me and I can’t recommend Nuala and her calming presence highly enough.

First time walking with Nuala and Northstar. Felt so welcome, supported and loved every minute of our morning at Binevenagh. Can’t wait to join again, Nuala was such fun and great at what she does.
