Scammers

Scammers. I signed up with Authorize.net, and was never told ANYTHING about "bancard". I never gave "bancard" my bank account information, and certainly never authorized debit's from my account. I have never received ANY statements from them, either by mail or by email. They were charging me a monthly "non-compliance" fee, although I was NEVER notified about being in "non-compliance". They point the finger at "authorize.net" not setting up a "bancard" online account so I could go and GET my statements. So over the last year, even though i have not used their services AT ALL since Jan of 2019, they've been stealing money from my account without ever notifying me. Somewhere in the neighborhood of $1000. Legal scammers.....stay away if you're smart. Square!

Thief, they will not cancel your account. They continue to charge even when services are not rendered. Don't even think of using this company.

the agent's point of view

Total Merchant Services, North American Bancard, LLC, Inovio Gateway services, Money Machine, CDITech, Electronic Payment Exchange, Humboldt Merchant Services, PayAnywhere, LLC.Point & Pay, Rapid Capital Funding, Velocity,

Lets talk about this disgusting company I have been a agent for them for over 8 years got a good profilo with them And was doing good till the new ownership came in And the nightmare begins.

This company is the worst to do anything with, new accounts, terminal programming, gateway services, cash program, take back bonus agent support, Merchant support, closing accounts I don't care what it is its like doing bushiness with a bunch of kids with bad attitudes the worst part is thy have no idea what there doing, all my clients I switch out, Amen!The fees keep going up BUT you don't get any more money thy have every excuse to not pay there agents if you have a family and build your profile keep a eye's on your accounts before you lose everything like I almost did I was one step a head of theses thefts I do a deal a day so there best agent and the owner Marc Gardner choundent make my coffee if thy tryed. I have my own system now and the nightmare is over if your a agent working for this companys go to visa pay the 10.000 get regressed and live your life stress free I can't see this company making it much longer the scams the lies I feel real bad for any agent or merchant with any of theses companys, money always being took out of merchants accounts if thy can't get it from your clients thy just go to your account like your Joe bag of donuts the jerkoff's reck life's and destroy companies. take it from someone who has lived with the stress from this company, its not wouth your time or money there agent program is padded and not what thy say it is, you have to get in bed with all your merchants to keep geting paid or you have to worry about the compmay taking your money.so do you what to be a agent now RUN and RUN fast

Bad business practice

I checked my bank statement and found a $300 debit by No American Bancard. Called and was told this was for new equipment which at the time I had not received and would be reversed if old equipment was returned. I provided UPS tracking receipt, no credit. After calling several times (disconnected 3 times) "further research is necessary". I was never informed as to this debit to my bank account and never gave permission for this transaction. Very frustrated and ready to check for a new processor.

These folks are scam artists

These folks are scam artists. They subcontract out people to sell you their processing with a bunch of lies then say , "well they don't work for us." Do not fall for this companies bag of lies. they told me that i provided my social security Number along with my company info so I was obligated to them for a year. Now I cant get out and they are racking up fees and threatening to ruin my credit. Even though I supposedly was just trying them out with no obligation. I'm going to contact the attorney general next.

DONT FALL FOR THIS PROCESSOR... SCAM to STEAL YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFO!!!

This company sent out a salesperson to my schools. She told me that I would always get competitive rates, and that she would look out for me if anything didn’t go well. We used the service for about 5 years, and in 2013, we called to have the account services stopped. We were assured that everything would be closed out. About 3 years later, I noticed a suspicious charge on my bank statement. I hadn’t caught it before, and it had no real name or source on it. I went back through my bank statements, and finally figured out that it was North American Bancard who had charged me every single month. They never stopped their service fee. I called them back and was assured it would stop. They refused to refund my money because they said it was my fault that I hadn’t caught the charges before then. To top it off, 6 months later my bank was running my credit report for a loan, and I had two entries on my credit report for collections activity from a collection agency I have never heard of in my life. When I called them, they said it was North American Bancard again!!! They sold my “delinquent accounts” to Southwest Recovery Services, and they told me they would make me a deal... if I paid off both accounts, they would get the entries deleted as a “mistake” on my credit reports if I would pay them off on both accounts today! This is an illegal practice... but I did it, because I need my credit.

Do not give North American Bancard any of your personal information, and make sure they never have your bank account numbers! They will put through charges years after you think your accounts are closed, and send you to collections if you don’t pay. The sneaky part is that they don’t send any physical bill asking to be paid. They just take the money. That way, they can keep taking the money out of your account and most people won’t notice... especially if you have a business bank account with a lot of transactions. These guys got thousands of extra dollars from me in little increments every month, so that I didn’t notice. What a total SCAM. They are also located in Texas, so you can’t take them to court and get your money back. They hold your credit hostage until you pay up.

The guy at the credit agency told me that he deals with people from North American Bancard all the time... they have been running these scams for years. He told me to make sure to send them a cancellation letter, in writing, by certified mail. He says that’s the only way to get them to stop charging. He said calling customer service doesn’t matter, because they will tell you anything to make you sound like the matter is resolved, but they know that it won’t be stopped until you send the certified letter. WOW. Can you say evil?

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company! Once you sign up, they charge a lot of hidden fees and keep billing you even after you cancel it! Don't get cheated and hurt by this evil company!

My company had the sour experience of…

My company had the sour experience of dealing with North American credit card processing services and one of it's agents: Sekure Merchants. Despite having offered them ALL preliminary information about our company's background, their poor experience to offer international card processing transactions resulted in unnecessary delays, excessive inquiries on int'l transactions and inadequate and/or inefficient procedures to properly validate a merchant's impeccable record. The above conditions resulted in their unexpected decision to close our account only after 6 months of opening it--without justification, charge-back, customer complaint, or cause whatsoever. Worst customer service experience my business have had In our 25 years history.

NA Bankcard deceptive practice
I signed a 4 page contract no mention of termination fees it even said first 5K of transactions were free so about 3 months in they charge me a $50/month non PCI compliant Fee, $45/month minimum charge when my old intuit QB Credit card processor cost $20/min +3%. Needless to say I ended up paying $500 more in fees than 2017. So I write a letter to cancel
NA Bankcard sends a letter back saying if I cancel I have to pay 1,080 under section 13 of the contract which I never agreed too in my 4 page contract.
So I contact my states Attorney General office to complain about their scam and NA Bancard cancelled my account for no charge.
Go to Square at least it is a flat 3% and not deceptive

Prompt problem help

We have North American Bancard 15 months now . The difference from our previous processor is daylight to dark . Excellent customer service , knowledgable people . I read some of NAB complaints on a couple of review/rating sites before contacting them ,and a lot of the complaints are petty .

My credit card machine was not working…

My credit card machine was not working one day. We thought it was the connection to the ethernet but then I called and found out it needed a big update. It took about 45 min to get the machine updated and I would have appreciated an email or something stating that this needed to be done. The girl was super nice and patient with me while entering all the codes and numbers.
