Beware of charges after canceling

**Update as of Nov 2nd- a refund has been provided by the company.
After speaking to their customer service person multiple times I realized I was going to get no where with all of the excuses she kept giving me for not refunding any of my money for an account I NEVER used, opened and closed the same day in 2019 and have multiple proofs of. We will be seeking a lawyer and will never stop pursuing this until it is resolved. I will continue to warn people on multiple business platforms in regards to this.

They sent my name to collection for $717… I’ve never used their service because it was damn near impossible to talk to someone .. they failed to mention that their services doesn’t work with my merchant BUT YET THEYRE BILLING ME!!! I will be disputing this load of crap.I use Shopify Payments and PayPal and Amazon checkout. These people are crooks!!

I have the right company now of, "North American Bancard" and your website is the correct one. northamericanbancard.com

North American Bancard reached out to my eCommerce business stating they have a new program for high risk processing of the products PEPTIDES that will accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.

Everything went fine for about 6 months, and on a Monday I woke up to an email stating my account was closed with a very vague reason why (Something to the effect that my sales volume goes up and down) Duh, I run sales on the weekends!. That's why! I have had ZERO CHARGEBACKS.

I told them that I know of a few other merchants that process PEPTIDES with you that are continuing to process with you which includes both BIOTECHPEPTIDES.COM and COREPEPTIDES.COM using VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.

Here is the exact email response I received, "Keona on July 18, 2023 @ 9:17 am commented:

We have recently conducted a review of your account, evaluating such elements as the type of services rendered, sales pattern, and your current business model. After careful consideration, we have elected to exercise our right to cancel our merchant agreement with your company. If further assistance is needed, Merchant Awareness is available at 877-387-7093."

Although. like I previously stated you board other peptide companies like BIOTECHPEPTIDES.com an COREPEPTDES. THAT HAVE THE same business model.

Still, considering some other recourse action against this shill of a processor. But, I would stay away!

Incredibly terrible merchant

Incredibly terrible merchant. I have had an acct 1 year over 500k has been processed only had 2 charge backs the entire time which was debited from MY acct no issue. My acct was aproved with the same products it has on the site now. All of a sudden they have an issue with just 1 product which had been sold out for over a month but still on the site. We promptly removed it like they asked and sent them screen shots along with a report of how many were sold in 1 year for a total of 2 units at a total of $79.98. They held ALL of our daily BATCHES ignored our emails. Finally sent me a acct closure email saying we were a risk and didnt like our business model. Still holding thousands of dollars of OUR money for no apparent reason. Avoid doing business with this company they are very impersonal and do not care at all about there customers company .

I have never encountered such a…

I have never encountered such a disastrous and utterly disappointing service in my entire life. If I could give zero stars, I would do it without any hesitation! This company managed to surpass all my expectations when it came to offering pathetic services and a complete lack of professionalism.

First and foremost, their customer service was an absolute nightmare. Whenever I tried to reach out for assistance, I was met with unending wait times, rude representatives who sounded like they couldn't care less about my concerns, and an overall lack of knowledge. It's as if they hired a bunch of robots with zero empathy and zero desire to help.

Oh, but the fun doesn't stop there! Their billing system is a labyrinth of confusion. I was overcharged not once, but twice, and getting a refund was like pulling teeth. It's astounding how they can make such a simple process so complicated and aggravating.

To top it all off, they seemed to be living in the stone age when it comes to technology. Their website was clunky, slow, and frequently crashed. How can a company in this day and age be so inept at managing their online presence?

In summary, this experience was nothing short of a disaster. I wouldn't wish this company's services on my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs. Zero stars is too generous for these charlatans. Steer clear, and spare yourself the frustration!

The worst of the worst company

The worst of the worst company. There goal is to close down all small businesses in the USA. Very misleading company. When I was searching for square on google, I mistakenly dial a wrong number which happened to be sekure, the rep who pick the call pretended as if I was talking to right company. And promise to send machine that works better than the one I used to have, he also sent a electronic signature. He was very smart and never gave me chance to read and sign , he was on phone instructing me where to write initial and sign. After then I realized I was in a wrong place, I told them I want to cancel the service,they told me I have signed 5 yrs contract with there business till 2025. I will be paying $64 every month till 2025. This is advance scam.

I called in November 2022 saying I sold business, They were suppose to send me information to return credit card machine, neverr did still charging every month for a service i am not using total BS. I told girl in June of 2022 that restaurant was up for sale she said no problem. If I used the service a couple of months.

Lied about contract term

Lied about contract term, lied about the fee structure, and then blamed the lies on the fact that they use independent third party sales people to sell the product. I've requested a copy of the contract and they wouldn't provide it, but insist that there is a $300 cancellation fee. Do not sign anything this company sends you. I highly advise using a different merchant processor.

I'm filing a complaint with the FTC.... Beware of the fraud they commit.
After reviewing out business checking account, North American Bancard took monthly fees out in the amount of $840.65. We are a seasonal fireworks company. I send their machines back after the end of each season and canceled their services. They failed to document the cancellation and kept charging our business account.

Do not do business with North American Bancard.
After months of switching providers, I sent several emails and called the NB to cancel my service. After months of failed payment attempts, I called and requested that they cancel the account as I do not process with them anymore. The agent, Nakayla, advised that I need to settle a $79 balance incurred from the failed transaction to cancel the account. I informed her of my several calls and emails prior. Her response was regardless of the emails and calls, this $79 must be paid for the cancelation of the account. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and she replied that there was no use speaking to a supervisor as the buck stopped with her.

DIRTY ROTTEN THIEVES

I canceled this account a year ago but they kept charging my account for random amounts. I cancel again, and again, and again, al for them to keep charging my account. I then place a stop payment with the bank and they change the amount so they can keep stealing from me!!! They say " i never canceled "!! 12 months later, and $1,113.04 in *processing fees* ( I HAVENT USED THEIR SERVICES FOR A YEAR) and they are still stealing from me. Business? more like scam artists!

If I can give them a zero star, I would.
After submitting a bunch of documents from our Company, including a copy of a voided business check and 3 months bank account statements, they declined our application, based on our Credit Score.
If we were buying a car or a home, probably a credit score is needed, we are not buying anything from them.
I honestly think North American Bankcard is a big waste of time.

Dishonest tactic

$915 to collection for a returned terminal. Something other processor don't want it back. Glad to find another review with the exact same motive as mine. Told me that will send instruction and address to return the terminal. Never did. Turned out they faxed it something they never did before. So I finally sent the terminal back and they STILL send me to collection for 915. I complaint to the AG of FL and MI. I am looking for a lawyer to explore this further as this seem to be their tactic to steal from their customer ONE last time.

Very Small company, 0 real time assistance, CLUMSY

Overall they seem to be nice people. The office is just so small that it's hard to communicate efficiently. If 1 of the maybe 4 or 5 people who work there is not in the office the day you try to call, it seems that no much can get done. Good luck if the account rep is out sick, because no-one else in the office will be able to assist you with your problem/issue/whatever.

Don't believe the sales person. Read your 4 YEAR CONTRACT for yourself.
I was promised next day funding - DIDN'T HAPPEN
Was promised a lower rate that I got

They were extremely clumsy with bank account information. I reached out to Atrium to change/update my bank account information before I ran 2 large transactions.

I was given confirmation that my account was updated so I ran the transactions.

After 2 additional days after my money was suppose to hit, I called to see what the problem was AND THEY HAD NO IDEA WHY OR WHERE MY MONEY WAS.

After 2 days of Looking for my money I suggested that maybe the account didn't get switched and maybe the money was sent to a closed bank account.
The account was never updated and my transactions were sent to closed account and my funds were held.

Now a full week has passed by and my funds are still being held.

They finally "update" my account, and STILL NOTHING.

Turnes out when they updated my account they put the routing number in the account number space, and the account number into the routing number space (SMH)

Now my money is being held by the parent company's risk department.

14 days later I finally get my deposits. Throughout this whole stressful ordeal I was the one who had to reach out everyday. And of course I had to wait for the 1 person in the office to get into work before I could get any type of actual assistance.

This whole ordeal was completely mishandled so much I called to cancel. BUT I didn't realize I signed a 4 YEAR CONTRACT. (should have read the fine print)

Overall I do believe they mean well. Their company is just WAY TOO SMALL. If you are a small small small business just starting out and the money you process through atrium is "just because" money, and you want to support other small businesses... Then go for it I guess.

The fees, the 4 YEAR CONTRACT, the "promises" and the lack of real time customer/vendor support... not worth it for me.
