Pricing was great 37% of the RRP and other sites. Website is good, transaction was easy. Purchased Friday, shipped Monday, received Tuesday. I will use again. £4k speakers for £1.5k, what's not to like?

Arrived next day , upon opening one speaker had damage, so after a phone call, a replacement pair arrived and originals returned, this was less than 24hrs later,
This is what makes companies first class, no dramas , an email with damage shown, a return phone call, and all sorted within 24 hrs, this is the service that makes good sellers, excellent first class sellers

I needed to update my Hi Fi system - Speakers, Amp, Music Server and all. I have now done this with the support the Nintronics team (Sonus Faber Speakers, Rotel Michi Amp and Innuous Music Server), and the process could not have been more efficient or, indeed, enjoyable. I had excellent support and guidance all the way from choosing and listening to equipment to delivery and set up from Roger, Adam, Demi, Bob, Jason and Simon. The company has a large selection of excellent Hi Fi equipment, so it is well worth contacting and visiting.

Couldn't be happier. Picked up a pair of Revel M16 speakers brand new for under half the RRP. Swiftly delivered and all as advertised.

Will certainly look to put future business their way and dealing with a company that has a store front adds extra peace of mind.

I’m not in the habit of writing reviews because they rarely tell the whole story. The mix of reviews here I find somewhat dumbfounding. To expect perfection is a little unrealistic. Perfection does not exist…but Nintronics come close! I’ve purchased various items from Adam and Roger over the past five years and have always found them to be absolute gentlemen: courteous, knowledgeable, generous, pressure-free – all the attributes one should expect of professionals. Ignore the nay-sayers and negativity – usually some personal agenda or other – and give Nintronics a try. You can thank me later 😉

Fantastic all round service. Offered a more than fair valuation for my amplifier without seeing and honoured the amout once they received it. Adam was great to deal with, had an issue with one of my purchases but this was sorted out the same day with a replacement received the following day, absolutely amazing service. Ignore any 1 star reviews as this is normally more down to the person writing it, you see the majority of reviews are overwhelmingly postivie

If you're looking for competence and customer care, look somewhere else. What you get is patronising arrogance instead.

I part exchanged my Sonus Faber Olympica 2's for the S/F Olympica Nova 3's (after a very helpful conversation with Adam) and they were delivered soon after by William and Jason. Totally professional but helpful and friendly, they packed up my current speakers very carefully and got the new ones into position.
Brilliant service all round and the Nova 3's are just lovely.

Within seconds was made to feel welcome and relaxed. Staff were very knowledgeable and took an interest to ensure I was buying the correct equipment for my needs, where others I'm sure would just sell what they wanted me to have. A store that is not local to me but well worth the journey and cant wait to come back!
