I’ve just experienced wonderful customer service from Nintronics Ltd, with regard to purchase of a Musical Fidelity CD player. My previous experience from Nintronics some years ago was also first class. A company which seems to go way beyond what others would do and for whom customer satisfaction really matters. Would recommend Nintronics without any hesitation.

Brought a pair of B&W speakers and and exchanged my old pair. Good communication and service. Big thanks to Andy who done my DIRAC on my Arcam amp and made several follow up adjustments.

Decided to upgrade some Naim equipment during lockdown ! Local store closed at moment so turned to Nintronics. From start to finish the whole service was first class - great price , good trade in value and quick turnaround : what’s not to like ?! Highly recommended .

This is how all companies should operate. I have been buying hi fi from them for a number of years. The price is always right and the service is absolutely brilliant. Don't look elsewhere these guys are as good as it gets.

Can’t be bothered to answer questions about the 2nd-hand gear they advertise on eBay. So you’re out of luck if you want to clear up an inadequate description before handing over a lot of cash. I expect better from a professional outfit and can’t say I’m impressed.

Yet again GREAT service from all the team at Nintronics, big thanks to Adam & Andy. They always have the time for you regardless of what you want to purchase or the price. They have always given me honest feedback on equipment over the last few years and proved to be invaluable in my opinion. My latest upgrade was the new naim ND5 XS 2 with Chord cables and I cannot express how you need to listen to this unit if you stream your music using TIDAL? it crystal clear with great dynamics, punch and clarity! A must audition.

A very enjoyable and relaxed experience auditioning a pair of B&W speakers with Simon at Nintronics in Welwyn Garden City. A comfortable listening room, selecting my own music on Tidal, coffee, and a nice chat - no sales or time pressure whatsoever. I also got some further good advice from Simon about my system, bi-amping v bi-wiring, and use of Tidal - he even went on-line to check the connections on my CD player's DAC. I was able to take a pair of the speakers home for several days to confirm that they sounded good in my set-up - and they did. Factor in a generous trade-in for my existing speakers and what more can I say. A first class service.

It is not often I write reviews; it is fair to say I can't usually be bothered. I have to however shout from the rooftops at the amazing service I have received from Nintronics. I had a fault with my REL subwoofer last year which got sorted after I sent my subwoofer back to them, unfortunately, the fault persisted but I put up with it. Eventually, it started to annoy me so I contacted Nintronics a few weeks ago, I assumed my subwoofer was long out of warranty. Thankfully this did not seem to matter to them and I got sent out a replacement part in time for Christmas. A lot of companies would just ignore you or make you buy something else but the customer care I received was incredible. It is fair to say I shall definitely be buying again from them and with service like this, I can be assured they are going to be in business for a long time to come. A massive thank you to Adam and Roger; top lads!

I had an issue with a set of Focal 1038be speakers and they guys at Nintronics done all they could to resolve it with Focal themselves and when Focal were so slow in dealing with the issue the guys at Nintronics replaced the speakers themselves and said they would deal with the issues with Focal now that’s quality service thanks again guys you have restored my faith in the dealer and 5* to Nintronics

Ordered twice now in the last week from Nintronics, brilliant service with free next day delivery. They didn't have all the Stillpoints in stock that I wanted, but phoned to tell me that they had requested the distributor to send them to me directly, received my Stillpoints the next day. very highly recommended.

The staff at Nintronics bent over backwards to help me in my quest to find a suitable upgrade for my speakers. Nothing was too much trouble for them to arrange. I was able to take speakers home to audition which I found extremely helpful.

They have a huge stock of everything HiFi and the listening rooms are efficient and comfortable. I can highly recommend a visit if you're in the market for some decent HiFi equipment.

I recently bought a REL T9i Sub-bass unit from them and not only did they give me a very competitive price but I ordered it on Friday afternoon and it was delivered by DPD courier service the following Tuesday free of charge! You can't ask for more than that. Based on my experience they are a very reliable company and I'll happily buy from them again.

Purchased anumber of products from andy at Nintronics. Recently bought a 2 cute chord dac. The service was advisory based on what I wanted and I have never been so happy with an item of hi fi. I had some QED Genesis silver spiral loudspeaker cables made up by Ed at Nintronics, a time consuming and awkward cable to terminate properly, He did a flawless job, quick turn around and a very good price too.... I'm not a first time customer of theirs and they continue to impress.

A first-class company. I ordered an Arcam Solo late Monday night and it arrived early Wednesday morning. Delivery was free, yet the price was very competitive. The company uses DPDLocal to deliver so you get a one hour delivery slot which is very helpful. I will definitely use Nintronics again.
