Why buying through Ninelife is best
Often, when I scour the web for the best product to buy, it's not available in the country where I live. This is where Ninelife has been amazing, allowing me access to products that I cannot get elsewhere. I know that sometimes it's okay to go with local BUT my most recent purchase was for a lotion to reduce scars, in my case, this is one from open heart surgery - I don't need a really bad scar to remind me of this surgery, and so the best lotion available made most sense to me and my current state of mind. The service that I received was excellent, lots of follow-ups and notifications of pending delivery and then the actual delivery was spot on. There are many online delivery companies that do not have the correct systems in place to deliver to South Africa - I know I live here and can tell some stories about companies that I will never use again - products that have not arrived, or taken more than six months to arrive.

Hi, Ordered a seat for a wheelchair for an amputee. 20th Dec, have had no confirmation or communication from Ninelife regarding the order, now the 5th January, no luck getting in touch with them. Phone does not get answered. Have emailed them and am now waiting on a reply, will update this if they do reply within the 24 hours promised.

Worst Online Purchase Experience of My Life — Dishonest, Incompetent, and Borderline Fraudulent
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I ordered two expensive items from NineLife South Africa on 6 August 2025.
Nearly three months later, only one eventually arrived — in a filthy, half-torn box that looked like it had been dragged through a dump. The second item is apparently “at my local post office” — which would be amusing if it weren’t infuriating, because there is no local post office. There hasn’t been for years, and I don’t even have a postal address.
On 14 September, NineLife promised in writing that if delivery wasn’t completed by 19 September, I would receive a full refund. That commitment was never honoured. Instead, I’ve been fed a string of copy-and-paste excuses and false assurances.
The company’s conduct shows:
Repeated breach of delivery promises
Refusal to issue a refund already promised in writing
Evasive and misleading communication
Appalling packaging and handling standards
They later had the audacity to ask me to “rate their service” and offered a 10% discount for completing the survey. I wouldn’t order from them again at 90% off.
This isn’t a delivery delay — it’s malperformance and unethical trading. I’ve formally cancelled the sale and demanded a refund under South African consumer law.
NineLife should not be allowed to operate
Avoid them at all costs.

There was a delay in receiving my parcel however once i brought this to the attention of Sophie , she expedited the delivery which i received within a few days . Overall the communication was excellent and i had no doubt that I was heard . Thank you to Sophie for resolving my issue. I am feeling confident in ordering again.
