Excellent Customer Service & Quick Resolution
I had an issue with my order of nicotine pouches because it wasn’t delivered and was returned. The customer service team handled it very well — they resent the order, added extra credit to my account, and even included more pouches than I originally ordered. Had an issue with EVRI (standard) on delivery, they rectified it and offer a £5 credit for the trouble.
