I ordered the wrong strength of pouches - I’d ordered 20 cans so this was a bit of a disaster! I called customer services and the phone was answered straight away by the wonderful Angel. She was incredible and so helpful. Nic pouches will accept my return and not only that they are going to automatically send me the right strength AND refund my return postage. Wow…. This just doesn’t happen. I couldn’t be more thrilled with Nic Pouches and Angels wonderful help. Highly recommended. 5 gold stars. Thanks a million 🙏🙏🙏❤️

Great price and fast delivery to my door. I live in a small town and it's hard to get pouches locally so this service is great for me. Highly recommend. I've been smoking for 20 years and this product has helped me stop smoking after trying everything available before and failing! Cutting down on the pouches strength over a period of time to become completely nicotine free. Only thing that has worked for me. I used to have to go to 4 or 5 shops to try and get the flavour and strength I needed but this site is a game changer!
