Delay after delay and difficult to contact!
Ordered a Ford Puma which was due to be delivered Dec 2025. The date has changed multiple times and is now stating mid-May (5 months late!) In the meantime my current car is costing me £90 more a month than the new one (so an extra £450 so far). My car app has expired so I now cannot use certain features in the car unless I pay for a 12 month app subscription. I had also added on the pod point to pay over 3 years. I’ve now paid for this for an extra 5 months even though the extra payment for that should have ended in Dec. My current car will also now require new tires before it’s collected, so I’ll have to book that in. To top it all off, you can only call them 9-5 Monday to Friday when I’m in work! I emailed them 8 days ago for more information but have had no reply.

We got our car nearly a year ago. Very happy, process was smooth and professional.
After service not great.
I took delivery of a stock car on the 16th of March and have had issues from day one. I have tried to resolve them with the team but am no further forward. People have not come back to me or said that they will but then don't. I received my last email 02/04/26, which explained it was being looked into. Since then nothing.

good price
good price, poor communication and service. The car was ordered in May 2025 for delivery in October 2025. I had no communication from NHS fleet , despite current emails a calls ., until 2 weeks before the delivery date ! was told there was a manufacturing issue, and the care would be delivered in "Spring 2026" Not NHS fleets' fault- but communication was terrible. I had good communication from the manufacturer a dealer from late Jan 2026 onwards, when the car had arrived in the UK. IN March the dealer told me that the car had arrived at the local dealership, but they had no communication from NHS fleet. Eventually the order was cancelled and a new order made with a significant price uplift. The car was only delivered after I relayed the dealership "What are you waiting for" message to NHS fleet. They still haven't processed the extra drive initially agreed in May 2025.

A great service. Let us know early when the car would be dropped off so could plan the rest of our day. The car arrived in perfect condition and the hand over was efficient and comprehensive.

Speedy, clear communication, great choice. There aren't many perks for working in the NHS but fleet cars has to be the best.

Loving my car and Helen was very helpful. Although there was a slight mess up with my delivery and the delivery people were unaware that my car needed delivered leaving me without a car for several days.

Mixed review - did not get the car we had initially asked for due to issue with electronics and then no additional cars available in that colour.
However, garage were great in organising an alternative colour very quickly.
