Very impressive service
Initially called and spoke to a lovely lady unfortunately didn’t catch the name, but the process from the beginning was easy and straightforward. Payment was taken on a secure line and received a MIAM meeting date within a reasonable timeframe that worked around my schedule. Meeting was with Sue via video link unless stated before hand (a face to face meeting is available although slightly more) who was brilliant and very pleasant to speak with, all of my breakdown and plan was given and took approximately 35 minutes (was advised before meeting is roughly 45-60 minutes depending on scenarios.) entire process isn’t complete yet but so far 100% recommend

Good servive
I've used this service twice, the first having reached out myself and the second the other party. Although the mediation process ended with no resolution and potential court proceedings, I am highly satisfied with the service provided. The staff from start to finish were attentive, friendly and accommodating to my needs and concerns! I definitely felt heard, understood and understand why the decision not to move forward with mediation was made. I would definitely recommend NFM as it can most definitely be beneficial to those with less complex cases. Thank you NFM.

So because my ex partner has a history of domestic violence, it has to go through court still and mediation didn't even try to resolve anything. Waste of time.
