The service was terrific; my issue was dispatched quickly. I received the requested documentation via email immediately. The only negative was long phone wait times.

Jennifer was awesome. She went above and beyond to show patience and kindness to my mom who has been struggling to speak. She was also encouraging to my mom while helping to get documents over to us quickly. Bravo!

I very rarely take surveys like this. However, I thought it important to recognize the truly exceptional experience I had today. Katie was very knowledgeable and professional yet also friendly and relatable. I did not expect such a pleasant and personable agent from an insurance company. She answered all of my questions and explained the process in a timely manner. She actually listened to what I was saying and didn't waste either of our time trying to add services it was clear I wasn't interested in. Truly the best customer service experience I've had in years!

Robin listened to my problem and took immediate steps to remedy the situation. They were sympathetic to my issue, and knew the steps to correct it.

When I called and they said that that I was eighth in line, I figured I was going to have to wait forever, but it wasn’t but just a couple of minutes and a recording come on and wanted me to leave my number and they would call me back when my time. Most of the time you do not get a call back, but with this company it wasn’t but a matter I’m in it and I got a return call. Very pleased.

Tiare is an absolute star. She was very pleasant to talk with me and she helped me immensely. She got me my information quickly and sent me a form that I was in need of to help a client change some information. This is what I receive from her everytime she answers my call.
