I've had a great experience working with Barry to open my insurance policy. From start to finish, he is a true professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question I had, making sure I fully understood my options and felt confident in my decisions.

With focused determination, we set out to ensure meeting our family's long-term and short-term needs. We interacted with several agents and agencies before finding I&E and Barry Brooksby. From the start, we recognized Barry was different from the numerous other agents with whom we interacted. He oozed compassion, concern, and integrity. I&E offered a treasure trove of information and "mentoring" to solidify our decision, but Barry sealed the deal. He ensured we were comfortable with our decision, patiently answered our many questions, and restored our trust in the industry following a couple of very bad experiences. Our whole experience with Barry was completely different as he not only restored our confidence that we were on the right path given his deep subject matter knowledge, but that we were dealing with a professional who truly cared about others more than he cared about himself. The path we carved through other agencies before finding I&E was painful and immensely frustrating, but Barry's welcoming and helpful spirit made the journey worth the experience. Barry Brooksby is the consummate professional for whom a parent would have zero hesitations of referring their children to buy a policy and, in fact, we have. When the time comes to add to our policies, we will seek out Barry, as the relationship continues even after our policies were in hand and the purchase completed.
