Nassau expeditiously connected me to a human being who was able to answer my questions and solved my problem without fuss. I had over 50 address and phone changes to make after we moved. Nassau's was the fastest and easiest to accomplish.

I initially tried to pay my premium on line. When completed I did not receive a confirmation so I couldn't be sure if the payment went through. I had the same problem in the past and erroneously made two payments. It is not a mistake I wanted to make again. Elizabeth in customer service checked everything for me and verified the payment had not been received and offered to take the payment while on the phone. She was very efficient, very personable and very thorough. There was no frustration, as there can be, when you have someone in customer service that you cannot understand what they are saying. She is definitely a asset to your company.

I had the pleasure of working twice with Joann. She answered all my questions during both phone conversation. The check I recently received did not have detailed information about federal and state taxes withheld. Joann emailed a letter to me with this information while we were on the phone. It was so nice working with a competent, helpful, and kind person.
