I have been ordering from Nexus for a few years now. Always fast shipping and great variety. I have had an issue with a vape not working and they promptly sent a new one. I had another issues where my package was stolen (thanks apartment living) and they promptly refunded me (with the package protection added to my order). Most recently the vape i ordered had sold out. Instead of just canceling, they reached out to me and let me know, and allowed me to choose another. AMAZING costumer service. Amazing prices. I will not order from anyway where else.

Very helpful and nice when I had to change my order before processing. Very good at communication and fast shipping.

They lie about their shipping times - both on their website and on their receipts. They will ship it via the slowest and cheapest possible method and it will take over two weeks to arrive, no matter where you are. When I spoke to them about this, they lied and said there were shipping delays out of their control. There is no shipping delay. UPS is not delayed. The problem is their lies.

I had ordered one type of vape that I later was told was out of stock. They reached out to me to ask if I wanted a refund or replacement. I was leaning towards the refund until they took it a step further and suggested an alternative for me. They also provided an extra vape at no additional cost for the inconvenience. Just had a little hiccup with the tracking of my order. I emailed them and it was on it's way, as it should have been. The tracking site was just a bit late on the update. Other than that everything was good. I'd recommend using them again. I will be.
