I have ordered from this company for the past year. Never had a problem. This past order they did their job as normal and UPS lost my package. When I contacted Nexus they answered right away and was ready to help. The package was found and I have received my delivery. Excellent customer service and great company to deal with.

Received vape that was dead and unusable. Because I ordered six of them by the time I opened the defective vape it was after five days. They will not make exchanges nor give refunds after five days. I just wasted my money.

After coming across Nexus Smoke while looking for a flavor that was no longer local, decided to try and was pleasantly surprised. Not only is there a wide selection of hard to find flavors, they provide frequent updates on orders and shipping. Coming from New York to Phoenix is going to take a few days, however, it's only a few days. Amazing customer service, wonderful ordering and selection, not much else you could want from a great online store. If anything, they did change their review process so it's more challenging to find relevant reviews for a particular flavor. After that first purchase, have purchased several times with no issues and always a great experience.

This company has fantastic customer service. Not only do they ship fast and have a lot of assortments to choose from, but they also stand behind their products. I received a vape that would not charge and I sent them a video and it’s now being shipped with my other order as a replacement. Highly recommend!!!!

My orders are always accurate and I've yet to come across any DOA units. I did have a bit of issue with the website, not being able to log in or receiving password change e-mails but I contacted support and with-in 24 hours I had a response with a link to change my password.

Prices & variety are very reasonable. However, they utilize the slowest, most undependable shipping method on the planet, & this is after the fact of, they immediately process your payment, yet don't actually ship your purchase for a week. So... you'll wait 3 (minimum) weeks for your order (at best). If you are a regular smoker who's shifted to vape, you will have your money taken, not receive your nic-fix, and not be able to go get any from the store as they've already taken your $.

My preferred disposable is hard to find on other sites. Price is reasonable and shipping is fast and accurate. Very satisfied.

Have ordered several times from them and one of the last times ordered Geek Bar Skyview. Out of the 4 I ordered 2 of them were fine when I opened and used them and then I plugged them into charge and went back to get them and they were dead would not turn on at all. Went to take a puff of one and got the juice from inside it was disgusting! Contacted the company and they would not do anything!!! Said it had to be within 5 days and you need the numbers off the box. Really?? Like who the hell hangs onto the boxes after opening? Looks like I will be finding a new vape place to order from since they were unwilling to work with me!

Reliable nicotine products retailer. Always has some type of deals going so, great prices. They have a wide assortment of products. The shipping is free when you order more than $30 worth, and its FAST shipping too. Multiple orders with these guys, never once failed me.

Their rewards program is rubbish. You have to spend $50 every 21 days to get $5 “reward”. If you spend $99, you still only get $5. So no reward for the extra $49. It is also not cumulative, so spend $49 on 10 orders… no reward. Again any reward expires in 21 days. It is insulting. The shipping often takes a week. It’s about 50/50 if they have my goto in stock. I only give them 2 stars instead of 1 because their normal pricing is reasonable (not great). PS: If they respond below, saying I’m not a customer, keep in mind that this is a standard response from companies responding to reviews. Even if true, you don’t need to be a customer to read their rewards program rules or to check stock levels.

Being a new customer to Nexus Smoke and I’m extremely impressed. I placed my order after 5pm on Friday and received my order 2 days later no issues whatsoever!!!
I will definitely be purchasing more from Nexus smoke!
