Great delivery, very polite delivery men and also Great customer service. Delivery on time and was always updated.

Highlighted a issue we discovered with the bed - king size divan base. 2 normal sized adults on the bed felt like the was going to collapse - it felt like all the bolstering under the platform was missing. I sent a picture of the underneath, Divan Beds said they sent the pic to their manufactures and they responded

"the images you have provided to the manufacturers and they have confirmed the item is not damaged"

Upon further inspection, i cant even believe I'm saying this, i noticed the platform of the bed is actually made from cardboard (!!!) with a fabric covering the outside and held up with one very cheap 1cm thick small baton of softwood!! No wonder the bed felt like its going to collapse!

Its such a shame as the headboard that came with it was made beautifully and felt decent quality.

I asked for a full refund and was told it would cost £67 to return it! (25% of the total cost £261) i simply cant believe it. Heading how to claim back through bank and paypal as well as reported to trading standards.

I'd avoid this company at all costs!

Brought a Double divan bed with stand-alone headboard from these guys, the quality is not good the base of bed has already start fraying, upon open item from pack tff here was a minor tare on the side of bed, also the majority of the headboard gem stones in the headboard are scratched bad like, quality control is bad, I wouldn’t recommend buying a bed from them. Stay clear

Very pleased with this company and the bed I received. Excellent from start to finish. Easy ordering online and a good choice of beds and mattresses with lots of information about each item. I received an email aster purchase and was kept well informed regarding delivery. The guys who delivered (Team 082 Arshad & Ali) were friendly polite and helpful and offered to take my bed upstairs for me which was great. Overall I’m pleased with this company as was a bit worried when I’d seen some negative reviews. The headboard is very well made and gorgeous the bed is good and the drawers well made but the wood on the top feels a bit thin so time will tell. It cost me £244 for a floor standing plush headboard and king size divan with drawers and i think that’s very good value I just wish I’d ordered it with mattress as it would of been a lot cheaper to buy all together than just buying the mattress on its own as I’d already ordered a mattress from somewhere else and then found this company.perhaps I could ring them to see if they’d do me a deal :)

Ordered bed and matress, relieved email confirmation of delivery of bed on the Tuesday, I thought great!, received a text from delivery company on the Tuesday morning confirming time of between 07.37 to 9.37. We stripped the bed down ready for delivery, guess what received another text saying it had been sent toʻ wrong depot someone would be in touch, 2 days later email saying something different regarding delivery, my son was sleeping on the floor on old matress, shocking customer service they are not bothered. I feel they have a couldn't give a s##t attitude, I've canceled order gone to a reputable company. Stay clear!!

Really disappointed with the bed, poor quality bed and headboard doesn’t fit securely. Bed feels and looks cheap and poor manufacturing, not neatly produced.
I would probably need to replace it in a couple of years.

Horrible quality bed.
The base is flimsy; draws built awfully so they stick and are hard to open. The headboard came with damage. Avoid.

Absolute pathetic company. Ordered my bed and it arrived damaged. Moreover, they are not even clear if they provide free assembly or not. Avoid like the plague.

The bed divan looks very nice.
The drawers seem to be made very well. The headboard is lovely and a good solid sturdy headboard.
However the 2 bases are meant to be connected together with 2 metal u clips which when installing would not stay on. No matter what I tried. I gave up in the end. But it's rather annoying as the mattress I purchased somewhere else isn't heavy enough to stop the bases moving . It's not a major problem but you do expect the bases to be able to connect together.

This company is poor! They don’t communicate by phone ever and only email you. They take your money and then some.

I ordered a bed for delivery for Saturday 30th November, they told me I had to pay £25 for Saturday delivery which I paid happily. I took time out of my day to receive the item…for their courier company BJS distribution to send me txt message in my 3 hour time slot to say there’s been a error on the system and now they will be delivering my bed on Tuesday! I took the time out today for Saturday with the understanding it will be delivered today with the fee I had to pay. They have not apologised and nor have they even refunded me for the fee as of yet. I have demanded a refund for the fee and asked for some compensation for the inconvenience…I would hope they would deliver next Saturday as Tuesday delivery does not work for me!

Don’t use these guys use the big boys like Dreams or Benson for beds yes a little more expensive but you know what you’re getting with them. If they can resolve my issues I will retract this review as it would be dishonest for me to say they have not resolved it but until then this review stands.

Give this company one star as there’s no where to press zero they’re quick enough to take your money but when you want to return something they ignore your emails and the phone number doesn’t work customer service is disgusting still waiting on the bed being picked up

Avoid avoid avoid. My elderly parents brought a base from them. It starts squeaking every time my step dad moved. They never answer their phones and managed to contact them via e mail. They wanted a video as as my parents are elderly this is where I stepped in. Sent them the video then they wanted video something else and something else. Finally agreed to a replacement. Replacement came and within a couple weeks starts again. The bed is very cheaply made and not fit for purpose. So we start with the videos again now asking for a refund. They tried to make out there no gliders on the floor. Which I was very puzzled by as the videos I took was on top of the bed and u wouldn't be able to see the floor. When i explained there was etc. They did offer to pick the bed up with no actual confirmation that they have collected the bed they wouldn't answer any of my questions. Especially the one about the refund. They kept on saying there quality controller needs to look at it in the warehouse. So basically they would take the bed no refund and then could just ignore us and never get our money back and could even say we never took the bed as they refused to give us any proof that the bed even collected. I explained they will be leaving a 86 year old man with medical problems sleeping on the floor. They did not care one bit. Refused to give us a time frame could be months they kept the bed. I sent them all the correct videos they asked for you can clearly see it's faulty and not fit for purpose. But all they cared about is taking the bed and keeping it for I don't know a year and we crossing our fingers they decide to not scam us. As they really do act like a scam. Never answer phones never answer any questions.

Bought bed 30th September 2024, today is 16th October 2024. Asking me to make £24 payment to delivery on weekend (i would had paid but they are using a different company name to request for the delivery payment, and again why would they be requesting payment via paypal)

Great choice of items at very reasonable prices. The bed and headboard that I ordered arrived promptly and I was kept updated throughout the manufacturing / delivery process. The bed and headboard are of good quality and they look great when assembled.
Overall I’m really please with my purchase.
