The bed is very very comfortable too.

Very poor experience, ordered a wardrobe and it did not fit in the lift so the delivery men had to take it back. It has been 3 weeks now and I am still contacting the customer service every day for a refund.

At first they were extremely pushy and kept trying to make me exchange for a different product despite telling them I was not interested. I was also harassed with phone calls from them asking why I didn’t want get another one of their wardrobes.

They are not confirming my refund despite my several requests and are consistently ignoring my messages. This is a very untrustworthy business do not purchase from them.

ABSOLUTE FRAUDSTERS!!! Wardrobe was damaged and was promised a replacement which never arrived. Ignored my emails, chats, calls. No accountability taken. Worst customer service ever.

I wasn’t sure on the item I wanted to order and they communicated via WhatsApp professionally and very quickly. I was also super happy with the delivery time which was next day!
They answered all my queries and guided me well to make the purchase. Upon delivery the delivery men were courteous and very polite.

Delivered new bed and mattress. All fine. Only downside was delivery was 820pm on Saturday night. Other than that it was all great!

Best offer I could find online for a single bed,matress and headboard.
I was able to get next day delivery on a Saturday , I was even called if I wanted it delivered the same day that I placed an order, but Saturday was more convenient for me.
Delivery guys polite and took the bed into the room.

Do not buy nothing from this scam shop. Delivery wrong bed, ask me to send photos and video but still didn’t replace wrong one. Keep away from this scammers.
