Have been cancelled 4 times for the initial review. They said I didn't answer phone. Have never received a call. Called them to get a full refund of my 588.00 and they refuse. Told me I would get another call for the review expedited and still didn't receive call. They are a scam company

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They took forever the first time. I cancelled after the first prescription because they took so long. The medication was not effective. I cancelled and ended up going back placed an order and nothing they just disappeared. They would reply with excuses then blamed me for not getting the 2nd dose. Embarrassing company BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!!!!

Just got scammed out of 588 dollars because they immediately charged my account for a full year subscription without dictor approval. I called within the hour and was hung up on, made to wait, and sent in circles with no solution. I canceled it and they still sent medications the next day with overnight shipping with no doctor or confirmation with anyone. I managed to call fed ex and refuse the delivery. I have written emails requesting a refund and was told I wasn't able to get one. Even though they violated their own contract. This is one big scam company and I'm handling this all with my bank now.

⭐ 1 STAR — Absolutely Terrible Experience With NextMed

I honestly cannot recommend NextMed after this experience. The communication, customer service, and handling of medication orders have been extremely disappointing.

I was given a time frame for when my medication would be prescribed, and that time frame was not honored. Every time I reached out for an update, I seemed to get a different answer. If you cannot provide accurate information about when a prescription will be processed, then don't give customers a time frame in the first place.

The customer service has been just as frustrating. I have dealt with representatives who were rude, dismissive, and repeatedly hung up on me instead of actually resolving the issue. Customers should not have to keep calling just to get basic answers about an order they have already paid for.

What is even more unacceptable is the refusal to provide a refund for medication that has not been filled. I paid for a service that I have not received, yet getting my money back has apparently become a battle.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, rude customer service, and refusal to refund an unfilled medication order are more than enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Save yourself the headache. If you expect reliable communication, professional customer service, and transparency about your medication order, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

After waiting for my injections, Fed x delivered to the wrong address.
They have done nothing to correct the problem. Don’t be fooled like I was.

Do not trust them scammers! I submitted an order and suddenly they can’t find me in the system at all.

First of all, I must say I was impressed with my initial return call within minutes from Jim G. He was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. Jim immediately took all my information and setup an appointment for me.

I’ve had such a great experience with NexMedical. From my provider to the support staff everyone has been very responsive and helpful.

Nexmed is always responsive and they helped me loose 30 pounds. Their website can be a bit problematic or I would have given 5 stars! Dr. Greene is really helpful and knowledgeable assisting me in making the right decisions on the available medications.

Kim provides excellent customer service...helping me to get my account up to date and my medication ordered. I am very grateful to her continued support through the entire process.

I needed to change my appointment and discuss another situation and Leslie really was on the money solving both issues quickly and professionally. Also Dr. Grant Perry was outstanding. He gave me nutritional advice and answered all my questions about nutritional plant based foods. He explained everything about my change in medicine. I am more than satisfied with me interaction today.

He is helpful with all my needs following up immediately with clear communication on all texts, messages and phone calls! Also went the extra mile calling the pharmacy to ensure medication availability. Darwins personal customer service allows me to say I’m 100% satisfied.
