The quality of the hoodie is terrible the sizes are not true I am a size 12 ,so ordered a medium it I was so small and I think I would have had to ordered a size xxl
I would advise anybody thinking of ordering not to bother, maybe order from an English company as they come from china , you have to pay the return postage, very disappointed customer !!

Rip off merchants.
They sent out the wrong size mental health hoodie and they wont exchange or refund unless i pay for the return shipping to China and then pay shipping costs again to reorder the size i originally ordered.
Neither did i recieve the free T Shirt that they advertised (conveniently out of stock)

As stated in previous reviews by other customers, I did not receive my T-Shirt they promised. This was the reason I chose to purchase from this company over several other companies,who were selling the same product. I ordered an XL but it is a lot smaller. I have emailed the company but I am not holding my breath

Advert said "free T-shirt" with order for hoodie after waiting long time there was no T-shirt in the order. Apparently too many orders for their stock, so the promised T-shirt is being sent when they restock them. Let's hope so. T-shirt never arrived and website now gone, typical scam

Do not order from these. They lie about a free t-shirt. They have no intention of sending out a 'free tshirt' with the order. The sizes are all wrong. It's all shipped from China. Communication is terrible. I've started a dispute with my bank!

If you have come across this message to late, hopefully you have paid with your credit card so you can do a charge back. The orders they are sending out might state one size, but they are incorrect. The item is NOT as described. Claim your money back via your credit card as due to the dogey sizes the item is classed as defective. This means the seller is automatically responsible for return shipping costs. If they refuse to respond, it's irrevlant as it's the evidence the bank needs to show that you are trying your end to resolve the issue. Someone obviously thought they were being very clever setting up this silly little scam, but not clever enough if you know what your doing to get your money back..

These exact same hoodies go on Temu for a fraction of the price, and the difference is Temu doesn't lie about a free t-shirt. They also lie about the materials used,which is excellent because it's all the bank needs to claim in your favour.

I hate scammers!
