Placed order 10th Feb, arrived 28 Feb should have been 4 XL no way more like 2XL, SHOULD ALSO HAVE BEEN "FREE" T SHIRT ( 4xl) not sent, this company are beyond a scam , if I want to change it I send it back at my expense. Just tried yo re order as cheaper then sending back.lol, details completed however now comes up this Website cannot take payments at this time , clearly they've seen their reviews scam company

They say they are cotton but they are cheap polyester jumpers this company is a scam

Absolutely shocking company considering they are supposed to be supporting mental health. The hoodie i recieved was the most flimsy thing I have ever seen and would not even fit my son even though I ordered a large. And the free T Shirt that never came. Do not use this Company, a total scam.

Total scam as everyone has said. trying to get refund from my bank but already paid for return

It took ages to arrive and when I asked for an exchange of one of the hoodies they obliged, but didn't send the second one I'd paid for and won't refund me the money.

Absolutely appaulling, the hoodie took 3 weeks to arrive, was so poor I wouldn't have paid £1 for it, also not to size at all! And I was meant to get a free t shirt but never did. And they want me to pay to send it back to China when I pro let wont get a refund anyway. I stupidly should have researched these guys 1st.

Shocking avoid at all cost. Hoodie took weeks to arrive. Four sizes to small. Marks on the hoodie. No free t-shirt.
Return cost at your expense and they expect first class tracking. Only offer a partial refund if you return. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Forget getting any money back its not happening.

People avoid !!!!!as all reviews are accurate as I have found out , you receive your order 3 weeks later than expected poor quality sizing ridiculous and to top it all your expected to pay for the return cost’s, shocking definitely avoid and pass this on to anyone thinking of supporting mental health go to the original website .

Do not buy from this company! Poor quality goods, sizes are way too small, and extremely poor customer service. They expect you to post your order back to China, be of their misleading sizes???

I ordered a bigger size than the sizing chart suggested but it was tiny! Nexira wont pay shipping to return and the cost is nearly as much as ordering a new hoodie - which I will NOT be doing !

I should have checked trustpilot before ordering after reading all the review on here but heyho lesson learned. Shame as the concept of the tops is very worthwhile but using cheap material from china is not what I was expecting.
It will never been worn so total waste of money! Never again.

Sent wrong size and no t shirt, not given an option to sort out, not dropping the issue, i want my money back!

Ordered what i believed to be a decent hoodie and free teehirt to the cost of £28.
3 weeks to arrive, hoody very poor quality and small and no tee shirt. To get my money back i have to return myself , oh and there's a surprise to China. Wish i had took the time to come on here first. Lesson learned. Dont waste your hard earned money people its a rip off.

Ordered on 3rd Jan 2026 xl t shirt which was free and xl hoodie. No t shirt and hoodie a small. To return have to send to China at my own cost even though was their fault so am stuck with so thing I cant wear. The upsetting part is I lost my son to suicide and felt passionate supporting this. Lessons. Learned always check trust pilot

Purchased one of these sweatshirts on 3rd January 2026 to support mental health awareness. 3 weeks later finally arrived but was sent a completely different size, 3XL to what I actually ordered, 5XL. Contacted customer services and asked to return item to some Chinese warehouse at my expense and re-order the correct size!, despite this being their mistake. Now customer services have stopped replying to my emails so I’m left with an item that I can’t wear, completely unacceptable. Should have checked Trustpilot in the first instance, lesson learned.

They take forever to deliver and then they short ship and blame you. They say an email was send and you did not see it, your fault. Very very bad customer service. I wish I could give them no stars

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Scam, the sizes are totally wrong. You do not get a free T shirt. Takes forever to come. DONT BUY , YOU'LL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY

As others have said, wrong size sent out (I ordered 5XL and got a 3XL!), no free t shirt with order, took over 2 weeks to arrive, want me to pay for the return to China due to their error!

AWFUL . I ordered a XL ha ha ha it was more like a XS. The material, if that’s what you call it is AWFUL very poor quality. As for the FREE T Shirt that never arrived either.
Total rip off.
