Melissa, Taylor and the whole team are amazing. They always answer very quickly to all our request, both for last minute cover and for booking in advance. The staff that they provide are really good, we have not had any mayor issues with any of them, and if they are any small issues they get solved promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend them.

I just like to say is such amazing recruitment, wonderful team and management wich such well look after team.

Truthfully am so amazed about the company and to the Manager (Melissa) I got her contact from a friend before I moved to Norwich and I put a call through to her, she welcome me well and gave me all the necessary guidance I needed immediately I got to Norwich which at least gave me a rest of mind but unfortunately for me most times the shift are longer hours or far distance which at times doesn’t go with my schedule . But I do appreciate it anytime am going for work and the transport is provided it really makes me feel good. Though the cost for the transport at times do choked after receiving the payslip.

Melissa has been very straight forward in her dealings with staff, from recommending and ensuring staff are properly trained before being onboarded, to prompt resolution of any on-the-job issues to timely and accurate pay, this agency really stands out for good.
