My journey with Cruise Retail Academy has been an incredible experience. It all started with learning, followed by applying, receiving positive feedback, progressing to the interview stage and eventually getting the opportunity to pursue my dream of working onboard a cruise ship.
The process wasn't easy. There were challenges, waiting periods, preparations and moments that required patience and determination. But I kept going, believed in myself and made it through every stage.

I just received my certificate for Level I. The content was way more in depth than I was expecting. Not only was it thorough, but clearly a lot of time and effort went into making the experience as structured and engaging as it was.

People should know the academy has very good courses which are free and you get awarded with a certificate after completion.
My experience was great throughout the whole course,the quiz which I had to pass by 100 percent.The podcast which reminded me the points I had left out.This was the best experience for sure!.
