As a returning customer, I ordered a bespoke cake from New Cakes for my mum’s 90th birthday and was delighted. Shay helped refine the design, creating a beautiful cake just as we’d hoped. It tasted amazing, arrived on time, and was safely delivered. Guests loved it—so much so I was asked multiple times who made it! My only suggestion would be to include business cards. I’ll definitely be back.

New Cakes was recommended to me when I was on the hunt for a cake for my husband's 40th and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. I knew I needed a special, personalised cake that could feed about 60 people, but I was struggling because I had no idea where to even start with a design.

After a quick look through their website and a chat on the phone, we had decided on the order. Since my husband’s go-to drink is Aspalls, they suggested using their 'Smirnoff' bottle design as a base and tweaking it to fit. They asked a few questions about his hobbies to add some personal touches, and the end result was perfect. They included some gardening and golf bits, a fantasy football card, and even a little replica of our dog. It looked truly incredible - exactly like a bottle of Aspalls - but more importantly, it tasted amazing.

The service was great too. They’re super responsive on WhatsApp and really go the extra mile - they even asked who his favourite player was just to make sure the football card was accurate. They hand-delivered it to the house to make sure it arrived at the right time for the party, which was one less thing for me to worry about and he (and the guests) absolutely loved it.

If you’re looking for a cake that’s personalised, yummy and super easy to organise, I’d highly recommend using New Cakes.

I came across this site when I was was looking for my youngest 1st birthday cake and sent the picture of what I was looking for. it was literally picture perfect and the customer service is excellent. fast replies, reasonable prices and quick delivery. I will definitely recommend. and I will be using them again in future.

Needed a cake for a bit of an “out there” business idea. The guys couldn’t have been more supportive and excited about my idea and delivered massively on what I was trying to achieve and provided an awesome and tasty cake to go along with it too!

I have used New Cakes for a decade now for my two sons birthdays. The cakes have never disappointed on design quality, price which is competitive and taste - people always comment on how delicious the cakes are! I cannot recommend more highly.

Cake received damaged and unsealed.
Contacted this company immediately with images via email, 9 days have passed they have failed to respond. I also reached out via their chat and after two hours no response there either.
I ordered a guitar all the strings were not intact, pieces of the guitar had fallen off. When I opened the box handle the cake which was only wrapped in cellophane was torn. The cake was contaminated and had visible dirt marks on the icing. God knows what kind of germs got on that cake; rat fecal matter and urine in those disgusting delivery depots spring to mind. I was not going to allow anyone to consume it. Find it unacceptable for the company to not acknowledge this serious matter.

I ordered cupcakes 2 different times for my company for different occasions. Each time it was so easy and simple to order and also great to personalise for our company colours and branding.

They tasted amazing and myself and my colleagues and clients really enjoyed them. Will definitely be using everytime I order some cupcakes for both personal and business.
