We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your changing basket.
As our changing baskets and nappy caddies are folded for shipping and require some shaping when first unpacked. We include moulding instructions with these products to help them return to their intended shape.
We have sold thousands of these products and, when the shaping instructions are followed, they generally reshape as expected.
For changing baskets:
• Unfold and shape the sides of the changing basket, then set the changing basket to one side.
• Your basket will be shaped and ready to use within 24 to 48 hours.
• To speed up the process, you can use an iron on a medium heat setting to help shape the sides.
For nappy caddies:
• Remove the woven tie and insert the section divider.
• Pack out the whole nappy caddy with nappies (or similar items) to shape the sides.
• Leave the nappies inside the caddy for 24 to 48 hours.
• To speed up the process, you can use an iron on a medium heat setting to help shape the sides.

I have had the most lovely 3 piece set personalise for my little miracle baby I was told I would never be able to have children so I really wanted something that will be a keepsake
Due to loosing my grandma in October her favourite colour was sage green I could not have asked for a better quality it has arrived exactly how I thought the tension to detail is amazing the quality is amazing I would really recommend to anyone I know having a baby💚thank you so much again I cannot wait to see my little boy in this beautiful set
