I was a Mint.com user for years and was looking for a replacement when it shut down.

The good: free trial, very cheap monthly/annual payment.

The bad: everything else. UI straight out of the 80s, frequently down for maintenance in the middle of the day, does not automatically sync so you have to reconnect your accounts every time you want updated transactions. Although I think that's more of a Canadian bank problem since we're the only country still 40 years behind adopting open banking.

Either way, I'm just going to use Airtable instead, this isn't worth the trouble.

Impressed I could manually add accounts. THEN find out that to create a tranaction, it has to be imported by CSV. This is ridiculous and absurd. Neontra defends this, saying creating transaction in the system is a potential feature for the future

Long-time Mint user. Neontra feels like the evolution of personal finance tools. The forecasts and goal-based planning tools are impressive, and give me piece of mind while planning my finances for the future. Highly recommended.
