Scammed

I received a letter that I was be charged $39.00 .I didn't sign up for this and I want it canceled and refunded. It's ironic I am be charged for ID product/fraud insurance and I am being scammed from this company!

What a bunch of child predators

What a bunch of predators. Preyed upon my 12-year-old daughter. She signed up because she was promised some $25 reward for just $1, but of course the small print, that a 12-year-old was unlikely to read, resulted in her signing up for their “identity protect”. Thank goodness I locked her Visa Debit card so when they tried to charge her it didn’t go through. Bunch of con artists!!!!!

FRAUD COMPANY

SCAM! Steer clear from signing up for this fraud company. I signed up to quality for a reward program and it all went downhill when I called them to cancel my trial. The person on the call could not pull up my account from my email for some reason. After arguing for a while, he suddenly was able to. He DID NOT listen to me, kept pushing for another trial and offering some BS rewards and kept arguing saying "Why do I want to cancel" even though I explained multiple times!! He didn't want to cancel it so that they could rob me! Unfathomable! SHADY AND FRAUD!

If I could rate them a zero I would these people are SCAMMERS they don’t allow you to cancel your subscription they don’t answer emails or accept calls they just KEEP CHARGING YOUR CARD THEY ARE SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS !!!

horrendous service

horrendous service. when you sign up for legal services, they secretly subscribe you to another service for identity protection. They took the last of my money before payday and now my account is under balance. But to speak more to the "legal services" they provide- there is none. The lawyers they directed me too often never picked up. On top of that, the ones who did pickup were not able to help me in any fashion or actually assist with informing me with legal information during the consultation.

Unfortunately, I think this another one of those businesses that preys on the necessity of people's situations for their benefit.

They are thieves and they refuse to help people with disabilities

I signed up for this for $1 I was supposed to get something anything from them but I didn’t get anything from them. Except for the 34.95 that they keep taking out of my account seven though I have begged them to stop over and over again and they keep telling me that it needs to be verified in my voice through a phone call to cancel it…. I can’t speak!! And that doesn’t even matter to them they keep Saudi that a manager or whatever will get back to me and to keep my line open or to call their customer support number! But I can’t speak so how can I call them!?!?!?! This is discrimination against people who have disabilities and complete bs! So now they just have been and will continue to steal money from my account for a service that I have never signed into or used and I can’t get any help to stop it because my bank account with tangerine bank also can’t do anything without someone calling in about it!

I applied for the free credit score

I applied for the free credit score. They need your credit card number. Got billed $24.95 USD, but did not get the credit score. This bill will repeat unless you cancel by phoning a number, that they don't answer.
