Neilsons Bewertungen

I recently had the pleasure of working with Neilsons solicitors and estate agents again to sell two properties and purchase a new one, and I can't express enough how exceptional their service was throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Neilsons exceeded all my expectations.

The team at Neilsons is comprised of dedicated professionals who demonstrated an impressive level of expertise and professionalism. They were incredibly efficient and proactive, making every step of the transactions smooth and stress-free.

What stood out the most was their commitment and organisation, they kept me informed at every stage, answering any questions or concerns I had normally within the same day.

Furthermore, their attention to detail and legal expertise ensured that all the paperwork and negotiations were handled flawlessly. I felt that they genuinely had my best interests at heart, and their advice was invaluable in making informed decisions.

The entire Neilsons team, from the solicitors to the estate agents, worked seamlessly together to provide a comprehensive and top-notch service from start to finish. It's clear that they take great pride in what they do, and it truly reflects in the results they achieve.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Neilsons solicitors and estate agents to anyone in need of these services. Thank you, Neilsons, for your exceptional service and for going above and beyond to make this process a success. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and with our fantastic new home!

Recently sold and bought with N. Professional, efficient and friendly from the initial visit to the final paperwork.

Great example of best practice.

Second time I have used Neilsons this time for a purchase and as usual everything was dealt with in a professional and efficient manner by Anne and Kara. This company are very customer friendly and everyone I spoke to were helpful.
I will be back when I sell my property.

Used Neilsons to sell a flat on Edinburgh's west side during April-June 2022. Exceptional service throughout - very clear, speedy updates with transparent handover of work between sales and legal colleagues. Neilsons ensured we had excellent sales and marketing support throughout and our Sales Negotiator Kirsten Olverman was particularly competent, proactive, and knowledgeable - made the whole process feel like the work was in a safe pair of hands. Couldn't have asked for more. Will go straight to Neilsons and request that the sale is passed to the same colleagues if they're available next time. Thank you!
