It's all about the people. Liza C. from the Neat support team is a rock star. She is professional & relentless. She patiently followed my support case for data migration and setting up on a new computer through a painstaking multi-day process, with consistent follow up and detail.
I had to be convinced to pay the small additional fee for the higher level of support after I had just paid for my initial Neat Desk subscription, but I will say it was well worth it. It is great to now have all my accurate data and history on my office pc, and on the go on their excellent mobile app. I was skeptical at first about having to move from the legacy software to the new cloud-based service, but the features and capability are well worth it, and I highly recommend paying the small fee for the extra support for a year. Liza C. and her team are top notch!

That was done through Zoho and after much trial and error, she was able to get my problem solved! She was very patient with me and very persistent in resolving my problem. I was ready before talking to Liza to get my money back and give up. She was able to point me in the right direction. Send me valuable links on using the service and what exactly I had paid $250.00 for. Please tell Liza that she is a hero today and saved the day. This was my question: I am considering purhasing a Fujitsu (Ricoh) ScanSnap iX1600 Wireless / USB scanner. If I use the ScanSnap iX1600 with Wi-Fi are there any Neat functions or features that I won't be able to use?

Liza ultimately fixed my main problem of getting Neat to work with my ScanSnap, and I am grateful. However I spent at least two hours not counting the time I tried the Chat and there would be 5 minutes between replies. It was disjointed and stressful. I want a person who can give and take not the process of a Chat communication. It was frustrating.

Your tech support representative, Liza T., called back to me to be certain that the previous day's support session had done what I needed. It had NOT, because Liza's efforts and the support from my new scanner vendor (Fujitsa ScanSnap) were not really working. Liza was concerned enough to follow up today. She knew your system well, so she was able to direct me to log on to NEAT through Google instead of through Safari. I'm somewhat disappointed that you no longer support your old Desktop version. It was faster. But your tech support was excellent.
