I worked with Liza and I was able to get the items stuck in processing resolved quickly.

While scanning my receipts (ScanSnap ix500), I encountered a problem sending the scans to Neat. The problem was resolved by uninstalling the Neat Scan Utility and reinstalling it. Liza C. was clear and helpful in isolating the issue and resolving the problem.

I can’t say enough about the help I received from Liza C., the Neat tech that helped me out of the mess I got myself into.
I changed internet servers and the email address I had was deleted. Among other things, I couldn’t log into Neat or change my password and I didn’t know why. All I could think about was that I need to file my taxes and I need Neat to do that.
It was my luck to have a capable, knowledgeable tech, Liza C., pick up my problems and sort them out for me. Amazing, the distance she went to help me. Neat tells the truth when they say that they want to be sure the customers are taken care of. They hire people that do just that. Since 2006, my many years with Neat, they continue to be a Five Star company with Five Star employees.

The quick, convenient, use of alternative password reset, Ty Liza 00512006. I never have issues, love the software and scan utility, this is personal use and makes me paperless, i am confident in the cloud storage as well. Easy, gr8 tool..... John

I just started using it again so it is hard to evaluate the company.,I thought Liza did a great job on the chat line.

Representative was excellent!!! Quickly solved a major problem with my system. Also provided me information about other new available features that might be of interest to me. Did not pressure me!!!! All-in-all a very satisfactory experience.

I gave up on my data in 2015 after they canceled a wonderful program and moved to the cloud. I am a doctor and they are not HIPAA compliant. I spent the last 2 years with them getting zero help from their customer service before giving up. For awhile I could get into my data and then that stopped. I lost access to all of those years of data, about 10. I just recently received an email saying they were going to dump my old data. I had to pay $250 to download it, which turned out to be a lie. I did their 30 day trial making it clear I was going to get my data and get my money back in the trial. Cancelling the free 30 days as Val told me would be no problem came with a lot of jargon that would preclude I would NOT get my money back or my data. Another lie. I called billing and left my number for a call back. She just called back and hung up. I assume because I couldn't hear her and told her that; unless it was Val who hung up on me. She claimed to be the sales representative and customer service. She didn't have a clue how to download the data. As others have found they haven't changed and it is now 8 years since my data was deemed useless.

Lisa was patient in listening to my issues, and helped me find the solutions to my issues.

The tech who assisted me, I believe her name was Leona was very attentive, answered all my questions and solved my concerns

She downloaded a update that was hard to find and downloaded it, she tested it to make sure it was working and made sure my problem was solved. Very Skilled.!
