5 stars for the customer service. Unfortunately the product didn’t work out for me. The main issue was dryness—no matter what I tried, my whole face would get dry and flaky a day after using the compound. I was even doing it just once or twice a week, tried different moisturizers, no actives, etc. Nae listened to my concerns and offered great advice, but unfortunately I had already tried the things she suggested to me. She was clearly knowledgeable and not at all pushy when I reiterated I’d just like to cancel.

Called in with a concern and Nae helped me fix the issue! I love when a company has great customer service reps like Nae! Thank you!

I needed to delay my order, because I still had some product. The customer service was excellent! Very kind, thorough, helpful and friendly.

Nae was so helpful. She listened to my concern, which was that I can't currently afford my subscription but do love the product. She gave me the option to push out the date of my next charge for 6 months and reassess my finances then. I appreciate her giving me options.

Nae was extremely helpful! I had called to cancel because I had a back up of shipments because it was drying out my skin. She informed me that I was using it incorrectly (without moisturizer) and paused my shipments/bank debits for a few months to try out her suggestion. I appreciated her help because I do really like the product!

I spoke with Nae today to pause my shipment due to moving. She was patient, heard my request and had options for me. She spoke clearly and with full detail.
Before ending the call she recapped my request, my next payment date and shipment date. Nae reminded me to call back in June with my new address.
She did a wonderful job.

I am very happy with their customer service. Recently I got laid off and wanted to cancel the sundcription, but they were able to not only gracious enough to kove my payments to July but also provided me with huge discount.

I called to pause my subscription and Nicole was super helpful, which I greatly appreciated. She was able to pause it for several months and give me a lifetime discount once the subscription reactivates this summer. Thank you so much! I love how well the product is fading my dark spots. I've had them treated with chemicals and laser both (at my plastic surgeon) and nothing would get rid of them until I started using this product!

I have contacted customer service a few times and have always received a prompt response. I contacted customer service because I thought my skin was looking a little dry, but thanks to Brielle, I learned that I was supposed to be using a water-based moisturizer with it. They sent me a courtesy jar of their water-based moisturizer , which I love so much I called back to order two more. I also called to delay shipment because I was not using it every night and they will ship whenever you are ready for the next bottle. I have only been using it a few months so I don’t see a drastic change but I definitely see some improvement . I have been very impressed with their customer service and eagerness to please the customer, as well as willingness to discuss options.

Called today & spoke with Nae. She was wonderful, super great listener & readily wanting to take great care of my needs. I love my Nava MD! But, I am needing a stronger strength for even better results!!! I definitely do see the difference in the lines (parentheses in my face & fine lines above my upper lip from using straws for drinking for way to looong!) Thx for taking such great care of me today & I will definitely ask for you Nae in the future!!!
