We spent a lot of money at Natuzzi, Aylesford. We bought two large sofas, a coffee table, two table lamp tables, a twelve seater dining ceramic dining table, eight chairs and a ceramic top sideboard. After nine months whilst dusting the sideboard I noticed a crack running through the ceramic. We took a picture and went into the shop, spoke to Elaine, showed her the picture and she said “it looks like impact damage”. We were adamant there had not been any impact as it is a showpiece with lamps on and a piece of Lladro. Elaine said she would report it, I assume UK head office who rang us and said exactly the same as Elaine it was Impact, I was furious and was telling him over and over again it was not impact from us and he said we should have checked it when it arrived as it wouldn’t happen on it’s own. My husband checked and that’s not true it can happen in manufacturing. Natuzzi offered us to buy another one with 10% off after just 9 months. I would never buy anything from this shop again and I have put family and friends off from purchasing anything from them.
My husband rang the ombudsman but the company isn’t part of any organisation so they can’t do anything. They are registered in Italy I believe.

I am beyond disappointed with Natuzzi’s service. I ordered a sofa that was supposed to arrive in 12 weeks—now it’s been five long months of waiting. Each time I reach out, they invent a new excuse, showing no accountability. This is unacceptable. I trusted them with a major purchase, and instead I’ve received nothing but delays and empty promises. I will not be recommending them to anyone. A luxury brand should stand by its word—not make customers regret their trust.

Sofa supplied not fit for purpose – very poor post‑sales support
We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience at Natuzzi Rugby (CV21 1SR).
On 18 January 2026, we purchased a Fausto Sofa RAF and Fausto Chaise Longue LAF (Order N50016781) for £2,395. Before ordering, we provided exact measurements of our wall space (258cm, plus allowance for a radiator) and were clearly told by the sales representative that the sofa would fit with no issues.
The sofa was delivered on 27 March 2026. Once positioned, it became clear that it measures approximately 284cm, making it too large for the agreed space. It blocks our living room door, rendering the room unsafe and unusable. This is clearly not fit for purpose.
When we returned to the store with photographs, we were told nothing could be done because the measurements were “customer supplied.” However, the store could not provide a copy of the measurements submitted to the manufacturer. Despite a promise to escalate the issue and call us back, we received no follow‑up and were again told that no resolution was possible.
The impact has been significant — we cannot use our front room and were forced to cancel planned Easter gatherings.
We are seeking a reasonable alternative resolution (such as exchange or appropriately sized stock), but to date Natuzzi has shown no willingness to assist. Very disappointing service for a premium‑priced brand.

Superb experience coming to Natuzzi at Junction 9. We were hosted by Ash Rana who was very knowledgeable on all the sofas, lots of helpful advice and guidance. Very friendly, superb customer service and I would highly recommend.

Kenny struck the perfect balance of being approachable, knowledgeable, and supportive without ever being pushy. He provided us with all the factual information we needed, answered our questions clearly, and gave us the time and space to look around and think about our options without any pressure.

What really stood out was how Kenny offered suggestions tailored to our needs, helping us consider different possibilities we hadn’t initially thought of, while always keeping our preferences in mind. His professionalism and genuine care made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

We popped into Natuzzi on the Sprowston retail park, Norwich to browse some sofas as we would like new ones but were unsure of what sort would be suitable for our needs. The store was well laid out and had lots of different options and styles of sofas to view. Myles approached us as we entered the store and introduced himself and offered some assistance. At no point was he pushy and overbearing. Myles had some great questions which helped us think about our requirements but would always give us space to think and discuss before popping back to check on us. Myles showed us different styles and opinions of a sofa we liked and offered helpful advice. Myles was friendly and helpful throughout our time in the store, even made me a great cup of coffee! Even though we didn’t purchase a sofa on our visit the service we received was exceptional. Thank you for a pleasant experience without feeling pressured to buy. Keep up the great service.

Has the most amazing service ( blown away ) by Flick in Cardiff Gate store . Flick was so pleasant , efficient , took time ,answered my questions positively and knowledgeably . She made herself available to us as we walked into store but without being overwhelming . Best service I’ve had in a shop for a very long time . Natuzzi are lucky to have such a bright / enthusiastic person where nothing is too much trouble

Given this company a 5 star review to get at the top! I spent 7000 on a suite , ordered white and recived an off white bluey! Suite, refused delivery . Company saying it was the code that was on my order, I do not know there codes! Apart from the day I ordered when the staff were helpful and friendly, and asked me to write a review on trust pilot, thankfully I decided to wait, was also told 8 weeks delivery, received incorrect colour 15 weeks later! After absolutely no contact from company it was me constantly contacting them for updates. It’s now in the hands of a solicitor and the bank, but this has been a nightmare and so upsetting experience, never would I use this company

Rembourrage des assises réalisé dans le cadre d'un geste commercial EN FEVRIER 2024. Mais dossiers laissés en l'état c'est à dire très affaissés de façon conséquente, rendant ce canapé inesthétique.
Très déçue. Je déconseille vivement cette marque qui refuse de reconnaitre sa médiocrité.

We ordered a reclining leather sofa today . Top class service from Rohan at the Farnborough showroom. He was very attentive and professional. Would highly recommend.

If I’m totally honest, my first impression of this quality furniture store (primarily sofas and beds) was that it was out of my price range but on closer inspection and with some very detailed explanations from the extremely helpful and friendly Angie at the Elliot’s field store, Rugby, I soon realised this not to be the case.
In total I feel she spent the best part of a whole hour and a half with me, answering all my queries and showing me the the pros and cons of the different options I was interested in.
She had an honest and very helpful approach about her and because she doesn’t work on commission, I felt I could trust her to enable me to reach the right choice rather than fulfilling her own agenda.
I would definitely recommend this store and if you do visit, ask for her as I doubt I would have stayed long enough to have made a purchase were it not for her and her gentle, non-pushy approach.
