CHOKE HAZARD!
Plastic in pate and shredded paper on two separate batches. I was told by their customer service department that the contamination happened at their Germany factory.

How you could miss something like this I don't know.
If you do buy something from them, make sure you mash it up or go through it before feeding to your dog.

Dog loved their Freeze Dried raw but now their price has shot by from £27.7 per Kg for the 3 x 840g (which they no longer have on their website!) to a shocking £37.60 per Kg for the 5x250g pouches. Absolutely nothing can justify that increase other than pure greed!

I had previously bought True Instinct wet food pouches for my 3 cats for years and they loved it. It smelt wonderful and I felt reassured the contents were healthy. Then it changed over to Natures Variety. Recently I had a run of extremely high fat content in the chicken and beef pouches which looked unsightly but the company checked it and said it was fine. So we continued with me just picking out the solid chunks of fat. However, this morning has now left me feeling I need to change food. I opened a chicken and goose pouch and it instantly smelt like something had died in my kitchen. I work in the medical profession and have never gagged on a smell in over 30 years. This smell this morning almost made me vomit, even thinking and remembering the smell makes me gag. It’s made me not want to open the other pouches. The boxes and pouches show an expiry date of 2025. So so disappointed and concerned. How does one continue to buy the same brand after this? In fact this has possibly now just put me off all wet pouches. I have boxes and boxes of this food and it’s not cheap! I cannot be the only customer who has experienced this… the contents of this pouch would obviously be spread across multiple pouches and therefore multiple customers.

***UPDATE - company informed, not even interested in receiving and quality checking the contents. Decided it’s just one of those things apparently, a ‘blown’ pouch apparently, a rare occurrence apparently. All investigated and decided in a short email. Oh dear, nevermind, sorry about that.

***Further update - TrustPilot got in contact stating Natures Variety (excluding U.K.) wanted more information and if I failed to provide that information then my review may be removed. I’ve provided my details via the link but no-one new has been in contact. If my review is removed this questions the honesty and integrity of not only the company in question but also that of trust pilot.

Tengo una cachorro de 8 meses llevo 1 mes dando le este pienso de salmon y estoy encantada y mi bebe toda vía más.Antes le dava otra marca que note que no le sentava bien ,me hablaron muy bien de Nature y de verda no me arrepiento la sienta genial y se que va a crecer feliz y sana.Tengo 3 perros y ya e cambiado por completo a este pienso calidad y precio basta te bien y mis peludos felices.Devria hacer unas trajentas de familias numerosas porque a mi con 3 perros me sale un poco más de las cuenta😉☺️❤️

Vergonzoso la subida de precio de esta marca. 10€ de diferencia de un mes a otro.

He comprado muchas veces este pienso por su composición, pero he tenido que devolver 2 sacos porque olían fatal, a animal muerto. Este saco que tengo ahora es el último que voy a comprar, huele fatal, y toda la casa huele a animal muerto. Mis perros tienen diarrea.

He valorado con la puntuación máxima, pero no sé exactamente si debería. Deberían haberlo hecho Trasto, Lena, Sol, Tess, Sky y Eros. Lo devoran, y yo les veo bien. He probado buenas marcas y nunca habían sido a base de productos animales "de verdad". La comida húmeda, los sobres, les encantan. A Sky le vienen muy bien porque no tiene dientes. La única pega: que tengo que comprar más que antes, por eso de zamparselo todo. Muchas gracias, seguid así.

Horrible, siempre lo he comprado para mis perros y nunca más. Se pusieron malos con diarreas y cual fue mi sorpresa al echar pienso en los cuencos que estaba lleno de gusanos pequeños blancos. El servicio de atención al cliente una verdadera porqueria así que, no compréis esta marca JAMÁS

mi gato se estaba quedando sin pelo tiene 2 años y al empezar a comer esta marca , ya no se le cae el pelo y se ha rellenado por completo las zonas sin apenas pelo , excelente pienso y economico que en estos tiempos se agradece , mis felicitaciones a la empresa que lo elabora.

Le encantan todos, hemos probado desde los kitten a los esterilizados… se lo comen súper bien

He empezado hoy a dárselo a mi perrita de 1 año y es la tercera vez que le lleno el cuenco xk tanto las gatas,mi otra perrita y ella lo han devorado 👍🐶🐶🐱🐱 de momento muy muy bien 🥰

Compre los snacks para perro y le encantaron. Tanto los de carne como el de salmón.

A mi pequeña le gustó mucho el sabor, buen tamaño de galleta y buen envasado, al mejor precio.

Nosotros utilizamos la variedad No Grain de pavo o pollo para nuestro labrador desde hace muchos años y no cambiamos.

Lo empecé a comprar hace unos meses y mi perro se lo devora!

A Teddy le ha encantado! El sabor a salmón le ha fascinado pues nunca antes lo había probado, sus ingredientes naturales le hacen estar sano y fuerte! Creo que los dos estamos enamorados de sus productos y su variedad.
