We purchased a Napoleon Vector LV50 fireplace. The dealer told us the Vector was a great deal with all the features standard that other fireplace companies charge extra for. When the fireplace was installed there was no fan to move the warm air into the room. The brochure clearly states "Enjoy added convenience with the included remote-control every function of your fireplace, including power, flame height, and blower speed, from the comfort of your couch" When I contacted the Distributor in Barrie Ontario, they told me there was no fan option with that model even though the brochure is specifically about that model! There is very little heat from the fireplace even when running at full flame height for over an hour the room temperature increased by only 1 degree. There are vents on the top of the fireplace that would make it very easy to add a fan to each of the vents but as mentioned no fan is available. Very disappointed in the product. Don't buy this if you are expecting to warm up your room on a cold winters evening!
