An unfortunate place to visit...... great office and very busy with the promotionals. But the one line application was a bit obtrusive and then signing that it's ok to be exposed to COVID at their office was unreal. Did not sign their packet of documents allowing to be photographed, pictures could be used for promotions, and of course the COVID disclaimer. As well as the location being hard to find and receptionist totally off the wall not knowing the lay out of the building to find the suite..... very directionally challenged and did not know if there was an elevator in the basement to get to the 2nd floor of the building.
Very much guessing the experience of the injectors to be substandard compared to board certified dermatologists performing the procedures. Basically, a cattle call office with inept underqualified people.
A very risky setup for performing injectable exams.

The staff was welcoming and polite. I appreciated my injector going over the treatments and expectations, as well as what I might feel during injection.

Make sure the person doing your consult is the same as your licensed injector. They do what they want to your face, even though you pay, You're stuck for 3-4 months and it's not their problem! RUN FAST- if you get danica to do your consult and celena as your injector. The upper management doesn't care about their customers they just care if they look "stunning."

I was given 2 completely different after care instructions for lip filler unfortunately filler has migrated. I will never return and never recommend NakedMD

I went to the Colorado clinic for cheek filler based on their special price of $199. I am so mortified at my results. I have very high cheekbones. The injector added filler along the middle of my cheeks and now I look like a skeleton with bones sticking out of each side of my face!!! The entire time I was trying to ask her about the difference in plumping the lips compared to lining them with filler. She just kept taking down to me. She would just say smokers lines, lip lining and plumping are 3 different things. But wouldn’t answer my question. She said this 3x. I know have to get the cheek filler removed, wait 30 days, then pay again to have it done by someone with more skill!! It really seemed like they hire new injectors just to upsell their products! I felt so used, not listened too, talked down too and dismissed by the injector because i didn’t opt in for higher priced filler and fave products. If you go to this spa just know your injector will not place your injections based on your face contour but it will be based on one pattern they are taught!

If i can give this place a -0 i would ! Worse place ever !! They try to sell you something that you do not want ! Yet i went out did my research came back and they did not have time for what i initially went in for .. be aware of the confusion they try to make you spend more money !!! Yet speak to the manager and all she said is im sorry ..what i waste of time getting time off from work to be treated so poorly !!

Megan was wonderful and did a great job with my microneedling treatment! I’m giving four stars because cleanliness is especially important to me when receiving skincare treatments.

The studio and office area seemed to need more thorough dusting, as I noticed dust in several places. Additionally, the person who applied the numbing cream did not cleanse my face beforehand, so I still had my moisturizer and sunscreen on. I would have appreciated having my skin properly cleansed before the numbing cream was applied.

Overall, I had a good experience with Megan, but I believe greater attention to the cleanliness of the space and pre-treatment hygiene would make the experience even better.

And You know it is imported that if you sell beauty to look beautiful, and the people out there are nice people and beautiful people as well, witch make a good things and confident of what you are getting, some of them did some of their treatment in the clinic too and they show their results as they own experience as well ,

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Unclear Pricing and Poor Customer Service

I had a lip filler appointment today at the Tucson location after booking an online special advertised for $199. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the experience was extremely disappointing.

Once I was taken into the room, a team member told me that, as a returning customer, my price would be slightly different at $240. I was willing to accept that. However, she then checked the pricing again and told me that the price for today would actually be $300.

I found this very frustrating and unprofessional. Why advertise a $199 special online if the price changes once the customer arrives? If there are different prices for returning customers or other conditions, they should be clearly explained before the appointment, not after the customer has arrived.

I value honesty, transparency, and good customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Customers deserve clear and accurate pricing upfront, without unexpected changes at the last minute.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its pricing transparency and customer service.

The staff was incredible, extremely knowledgeable, and my nurse was outstanding. I loved my visit!

Love NakedMD and the staff. Great job!! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Office is cute and very clean. Each visit has been a great experience. Parking is usually not the best but you’re in Nashville so that’s the norm.

My only complaint is that repeat customers be more valued with perks and offers, not just new clients. Special deals to the customers you already have keep them coming back instead of looking for a better offer. Example - an email confirming your appointment or a reminder it’s time for you to come back for your forehead treatment and since you’re a valued customer we at NakedMD will give you a (XYZ) discount on lip enhancement or (XYZ) off your medical grade facial and etc. You want people to use your products offer them a deal and don’t make it only for New Clients and take care of your repeat customers.

I’m very satisfied with the services the staff is phenomenal I would recommend to all my friends and family I will be definitely coming back

i had a late appointment and i received a text asking if i wanted to come earlier. i was rushing to get to the clinic earlier in case the employees get to leave earlier if i'm the last client. also on my appointment notice it said appointments are about 15 min. tell me why even though i got there earlier, i was still waiting around an hour for my appointment. i was shown to a room and it took them 15 to come to my room for an initial consult. after that was another 30 min of waiting. i was waiting way past my initial appointment time now. my nurse injector finally came into the room. love my nurse injector! can't say anything bad about her. she took the time to explain and reassured me that there were possibilities to my concerns when previous nurse injectors told me there was nothing they could do. she was very gentle and reassuring. i would only come back for her.

Today was my 3rd visit at NakedMD. The staff are knowledgeable, skilled esteticians with great customer service. My new spot because I love my skin naked. Great job to the staff at the Sacramento location.
