The nurse practitioner who helped me was very informative. The staff is always extremely courteous and are always willing to explain new treatments that I may be curious about. I am seen in a timely manner and I feel like I always get great results!

This was my second visit, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team. I came in for my annual lip injections, and Lynn was absolutely pleasant, as always! All the ladies are so warm, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of throughout your visit.

I also have to mention the Halloween decorations! The office was decorated so cute, and it added such a fun touch to the entire experience. I ended up trying the slimming nose procedure as well, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results!

I’m already looking forward to booking my next appointment for PRP and seeing all the lovely ladies again. It’s always a pleasure visiting a place where you feel welcomed, appreciated, and well taken care of. Highly recommend! ❤️

First time doing lip filler and the staff was patient answered questions and made me feel like I made the right decision. The results were amazing and painless.

I went in for my tox upkeep. I loved my results the first time and I know im going to love my results this time.

I went to the Beverly Hills location a month ago. It was my 1st time at NMD, and they made me feel welcomed. Although it had been some time, I had certain procedures done on my face several times in the past. I always get the same procedues done: forehead frozen, the corners of my mouth due to the fact that I always look like I am frowning, and my chin filled out and smoothed out. I was very clear with what I wanted when I had my consultation and again with the person doing the actual work. I was casually told after the fact that the sides of my eyes had been done, even though that was never discussed or asked for. I let it slide because I was in a good mood and everyone was so nice.
After a week or 2 my forehead and my mouth looked perfect, but my chin was not smooth at all. It looked like 2 small eggplant-shaped lines on my chin. I called NMD and was told nothing was wrong with my chin. By a month later, I was still unhappy with my chin. It was not smooth at all and never had been. This time I was told there was nothing wrong with my chin, that I had received 8 units, and if I needed more, I could come in and pay for more injections. I was not happy at all, and although I made an appointment for the next day, I cancelled it because I was not paying one more cent for a chin that never looked good. I have plenty of pics. I am not trying to get anything for free; I am trying to get what I paid for. If money was the issue, I would have addressed the fact that work was done on my face that I did not ask for. I was looking in the mirror in my bathroom today, and the sun was shining in, making it easy to see my face perfectly, and my chin looked so bad I took more pics. I thought I had found my new place to go to, but I will not be returning and will have someone else fix my chin. It is too bad I cannot attach pics.

This was my 3rd time at Naked. They are always so professional and friendly! Can’t wait to go back for my next appointment. I had Stephanie as my injector and she was quick and seamless! Thank you🤍

I was made to feel welcome at the moment I walked in. The whole staff is super helpful and literally a pleasure to work with. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and all my questions were answered with a smile by everyone. They walked me through the process which helped me understand what we were doing and when we moved on to a different area. I was instructed on do's and don'ts. I'm not sure this could have gone better. I love this place!

I think this is my favorite place to get Botox! Super amazing and friendly staff!

The receptions were very helpful and friendly too.

I greatly appreciated how smart and kind Ashton was. I came in wanting filler and ended up having to dissolve twice before I could add again. Despite my disappointment, I greatly appreciated her knowledge and perseverance. I will absolutely be going back to her regularly. Everyone was very polite. Entrance is a bit hard to find, they need better external signage, stick with it. Very busy, which to me is a great sign.

Your Torrance location definitely redeems itself! I had an awful experience at the Downey one that made me not want to go back. After 9 months I decided to try it one more time and WOW your customer service at the Torrance location is amazing ! They actually listen and ensure what you want is understood. They don’t keep you waiting for over an hour, they serve you in a timely manner. Everyone was so friendly! I’ll see you all in a few months for a touch up. Thank you so much

Always have a great experience here. Their injectors are experienced, certified and knowledgeable. I personally see Lindsay for my injections, she does a really great job. And also prices here are very reasonable.
