The order immediately went into 'Back Order' when purchased, even though this was not mentioned when buying. It arrived broken and I sent it back to them via courier on the 10th of January and 3 weeks later, they tell me that they do not have it.

I ordered customised phone case at the end of November. When there was no sign of shipment a week later I contacted the company, who advised the case wasn't in stock and would be delayed. There was no notification on the website the case was out of stock. They just took my money, advertising for fast delivery and left me waiting.
The order was, allegedly, shipped on 12/12/2024. On 3rd January, there was still no sign of the order. I contacted the company again, who made me fill out an Affidavit, that I didn't receive the order and they agreed to issue me with a refund. I had to wait another two weeks to receive the refund, I was about to open dispute with my bank to receive the money back that way.

The whole experience was exhausting, constant forth and back emails, waiting for the delivery, checking my bank account if the refund arrived. Never ever. I had my eye on more stuff on the website, now I'm glad I didn't order anything else and won't be going near the website ever again. They are not an Irish company, despite them using .ie, it's a Danish company and either massively disorganised or scammers.

A week later and still have not received my order 😕

I ordered the product only because the delivery was supposed to take 2 or 3 days and that convinced me. Unfortunately, after placing the order and after 3 days had passed, it turned out that the case was coming from Germany and it may take up to 10 days. this is a joke and blatant misleading of the customer.

AVOID! Ordered 11th of December, 22nd Of Jan and still no sign. Customer services were of no help, had to sign an AFFIDAVIT to confirm my order didn't arrive. Now waiting on a refund on my order.

Avoid! Terrible. Ordered 11 days ago & still waiting. I've asked time & time again for an update on the delivery & they never get back to you! Disgraceful!

I ordered twice for an old headphone no more fabricated. It arrived quickly and safely. It’s a safe company.

3 weeks delivery time. would be quicker to get that delivered from China and cheaper especially it’s exactly the same stuff you can get on temu or aliexpress.

Ordered 3 phone cases for Christmas. Apparently dispatched on the 16th of December. Irish website so no excuse for it not to arrive. Very disappointed with the service. Never again.
