I ordered a phone flip case on the 29 of may and still not arrived I then ordered a smart watch as advertised then got a message that the item was not in stock so I got a refund after three e mails not a great company no apologies never use them again

Don't touch this lot with a barge pole, talk about gas lighting....oh yes you got your refund...oh yes you did....NO I DIDN'T
After weeks of chasing them I now intend to stir this up...I will not be taken for a fool. I reckon the item I ordered was never available

The samsung EKG earphones where on €18.00, very cheap.

It might not the company's fault that my package still not arrived after 5 working days but they might need to look for other curier or not advertise their business internationally. It shouldn't take over 5 workdays to get a package from Germany to Ireland. Also no tracking number so no idea if it just delayed or lost.

Update: gave an extra star as the package arrived but it took 2 weeks!! to arrive to Ireland from Germany. In 2024 this should not happen.

Product was very good for the money, and fits snugly. Nice and light too. Delivery was within the week too, no delays.

Do not buy anything from mytrendyphone, they will claim they sent your goods, but they don't send anything.
They will then keep saying they are going to offer a refund, but they they never do.
I will report them.

When placing my order, I noticed that the delivery was scheduled for 2 to 3 days, but I received it in 6 days. I was a little disappointed, because I imagined that, because it was an Irish site, it would arrive faster.

Firstly it didn't arrive in the timeline given. After I was notified it had shipped, I was informed it was not. Concern about address - address was correct.

Second the item delivered claimed to fit Oppo iPad 2. This is not the case. It's too short and too narrow by approx 10 mm . The opening for the camera is completely unaligned.
I'm just going to bin it as the hassle of returning isn't worth it. Just not using this site again.
