Easy fast reliable. Highly recommended

WELL worth the investment! From start to finish, our experience with Tap Score has been OUTSTANDING! Customer service helped answer several questions for us, to make sure we ran the tests appropriate to our individual private well. For us, medical issues prompted our doctor to recommend testing our well water. It turns out we had significant issues with our well water (bacteria and lead) despite the previous homeowner installing a UV light system and RO system several years ago. Unfortunately, they didn't know what they were doing with the installs, and replaced copper pipe with galvanized pipe, and failed to install the filtration systems correctly. We would have NEVER known this issue existed, had it not been for the top notch testing through TapScore.

I had a great experience from my first call to the sample collection, and to the results/report.
I will use them again for any future testing needed.

Overall, very happy with the Tap Score process. Many detection options are offered and the reports are very detailed. The collection process is simple and non-technical. I've recommended Tap Score to friends.

My one wish is that the "basic" tests were a bit more affordable. It would be nice to be able to do multiple lead tests, for example, for a more budget friendly price. There are lots of variables in water testing, and it can get expensive really quickly if you want to do multiple samples. One test is not necessarily enough to detect a problem.

I recently purchased an older home-- while the inspection showed that everything except the service line outside the house was brand new, I have two young kids and wanted to check the quality of our tap water for lead-- I'm glad I did! Once I knew it wasn't safe for them, I then tested the filtered water in my fridge to see if the filter was doing its job, and I was relieved to see that it is. Now I don't have to buy bottled water because I know that the filter is safe.

SimpleLab didn't spam me, advertise to me, or do anything other than what I wanted it to do-- the process was simple and had clear steps with recommendations of what time of day to test and if/when you should run the water first. They address all kinds of systems for all kinds of problems, and all I had to do was fill the bottle, put it in the prepared box with the included pre-paid label, and drop it in any mailbox. I got my results in about a week and feel so much better knowing what needs to be fixed (and what doesn't!).

Process was painless.
Questions were quickly answered online, got the packages quickly, testing was simple, and the results and recommendations were great. We will be implementing the suggestions from our results soon!

The tests are so user friendly - easy and straightforward to collect. The test result briefs are thorough and take what can be complex environmental and chemical issues and make them very easy to understand. On top of that, their customer service is fantastic. I had some follow up questions re: understanding my test results and treatment options, and Robin was thorough, friendly, patient and so incredibly knowledgeable. Instead of freaking out about contaminants in my water I left the conversation feeling empowered to find the right solution. Furthermore, their unbiased recommendations on treatment made me feel like I was getting the best possible insight into solutions instead of just being sold something by a water treatment company. Can't recommend more highly!

Haven't used their service yet, but their customer service is amazing! They're helping me diagnose my skin allergy that I'm having and helping me decide whether I should go for a water test or other ideas, even suggesting different laundry detergents I could use. Will definitely go with them if I decide to purchase a test.

Tested our well water, and discovered lead and coliform bacteria. Had a bunch of questions which were answered sufficiently and quickly on chat. As far as accuracy of testing goes, we will do more testing as we get the issues rectified, so will advise if there are any substantial discrepancies, although it sounds like levels can fluctuate.

I bought the essential well water test. It arrived quickly and was straight forward. The turnaround was fast, but when it comes time to speak to a human…good luck. That’s the only problem for me with the company.

When I got my test results I was very surprised to see fluoride at over 5 ppm as we are on a well. After speaking with several local water experts it was even stranger as flouride is very uncommon in our area. The water was retested and showed flouride at 1.5ppm.

So I'm not totally sure what to make of this but I have questions about the accuracy of my test results.

The process is well streamlined and organized. It is easy to access the reports online including all the previous ones, which allow me to monitor the efficacy of my water filtering setup. It is important for us since we live in a rural area with a private well.

The process for testing is very straightforward and the web site is very easy to use. In addition, I encountered a problem bringing up my status for a test, and I contacted them via chat. The response was immediate, and after some discussion and some screenshots, it was addressed the same day. It was real humans, no chatbots or having to jump through hoops to get to an answer.

The guidance and response time is off the charts. I felt informed, helped, and thoroughly satisfied the whole way through, from getting the test I ordered, getting my results, and even getting help online in the chat to better understand my results.

I've tested our tap water multiple times while trying to figure out how to remove lead from it. Tap Score was a really convenient and accurate way to do that. We realized the faucet was the source of the lead and got great quality drinking water after replacing it.
