Purchased a gift card for my parents as a Christmas Present, they hadn’t heard of the concept before & we’re delighted! I’m excited to see where they go. Customer service was brilliant and helped me with any questions I had. Great idea lads! 🙏🏽

Very good , great value

Booked our mystery trip for my family, booking process very straight forward with great communication. Was lucky to be allocated the AC Milan v Lazio game at the San Siro. We were also provided with a map plan of the Milan subway, with all relevant stops highlighted. Hotel was excellent , staff extremely friendly and helpful. Our visit to the San Siro was incredible, up in the heavens but in the tier above the AC Milan ultras, what an experience! Can’t believe they’re knocking the place down. A brilliant experience from start to finish, thoroughly recommended.

I booked a Mystery Gameday as a surprise for my 13 year old son and both he and I loved it! Alan and the team delivered an amazing weekend away in Turin to see Juventus play Cagliari. Everything from making sure our flight seats were next to each other, a fantastic choice of hotel to the brilliant seats close enough to the tifosi was all sorted and went without a hitch. If you want to surprise a football mad kid i would 100% recommend getting in contact with the Mystery Gameday team!

I went to Poland, Krakow and had a great time. The hotel was nice and the game was great, sitting with the ultras was a great experience compared to being in the UK. While my flight was delayed, it wasn’t an issue for the trip.

I think there can be improvements for the service, personally I think the website should offer a 3 day option upfront rather than needing to request it. Also I would recommend to try and get a London flight for a more affordable price as Birmingham made the trip more expensive.

Our Mystery Game Day was incredible. The team made sure we had everything we needed before we travelled. We were given brilliant flight times so we were able to get the most out of the weekend. The hotel was superb and located perfectly. The Hertha Berlin match was something special! Thanks to the team at Mystery Game Days, we will be booking again!

Brilliant trip from booking right through till the return home! Alan and the team at MGD were great from the get go. Great communication and the whole process was easy.

The majority of your trip isn't controlled by MGD but the bits that were, were great. The hotel was perfect for us, especially for how much time we spent in it and the flight times were great.

We were sent to Geneva in Switzerland. We did ask Alan and the team for something a little more obscure and they delivered! We wouldn't have picked Geneva so the whole system worked. My only slight gripe is that Geneva was expensive, something that MGD cannot control but other than that its a beautiful place.

I am also now a Servette FC fan for life!

Would 100% book again and maybe next time we could go even more obscure?

This was our first time booking with Mystery Gamedays and I couldn't recommend them more, we're already looking forward to the next one. Alan kept us constantly updated, and all of the details and documentation that arrived in the post was clear enough for my partner to let us know what time to be at the airport and reveal the trip as a true mystery. Having the boarding passes already sorted was a great help, and we were thankful for the level of organisation. We were sent to Berlin for a sell out game between Herta BSC and Dynamo Dresden, an awesome weekend which will live long in the memory thanks to Alan and the team.

First time booking with the mystery game days crew and for sure won’t be the last time. Alan and his team were so helpful from start to finish especially considering we put them on the spot by booking only 2 weeks before going away. The trip was nothing but incredible, we got sent to Barcelona to watch Espanyol vs Elche, which was an experience I don’t think any of us will forget. Not only did we get sent to an incredible city and game but we also got to experience Espanyol win 1-0, while celebrating their 125th anniversary, which was a massive occasion for them. I didn’t have a Spanish football team before going away but it’s safe to say I do now. I Would 100% recommend this to everyone as a must do experience as it was phenomenal. 10/10 and thanks once again to the mystery game days crew

superb service from start to finish, 2 of our lads 21st birthday and ended up in prague! like we requested cheap with a party atmosphere, brilliant service throughout at any hour of the day, couldn’t recommend mystery gamedays more!

Just come back from Berlin watching a brilliant game at the famous OlympiaStadion and Hertha Berlin fans were amazing and it was a fantastic atmosphere with a 2-1 home win. Surprise Birthday package from my Daughter and we had the best weekend in Germany and everything was organised to perfection by Alan and Alex at Mystery Gamedays and would highly recommend booking a weekend away.

Just got home from an amazing trip in Berlin! Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend which was all planned and organised by Mystery Gamedays - everything ran so smoothly, and the apartment we stayed at was lovely in a great location! I booked this trip a while ago for my dad’s 60th birthday and the lads were so accommodating to all of our requests. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue for a football game - the Olympiastadion and a 2-1 win! You’ve helped me make memories to last a lifetime with my Dad, thank you so much! Can’t wait for the next trip already, will definitely be booking again and recommending to all my family and friends. Thanks again!

Alan was brilliant and always so responsive to any requests we had. An amazing experience we were so lucky to watch an amazing match in Geneva which ended 4-0! The hotel was amazing in a great location just a short bus into the city and to the stadium. Overall an unforgettable weekend and will definitely be booking another trip with Mystery Gamedays soon!!!

It was the first time I have used this company.
It did not disappoint, Alan was great all the way to enquiring and to booking our mystery game day.
He was so helpful and they organised a great trip away for me and my friends.
We ended up getting a game in France, which was a good game as it ended up 2-2.
We had such a good time, that we are already thinking about booking for next year.
To anyone that wants to book this experience it’s definitely worth it, you will have a blast.

Not sure where to start really. It was brilliant, the city of Berlin is fantastic and somewhere I'll definitely be visiting again. We booked a historical tour of the city for the Sunday so we got to see a really good amount in a short space of time. 

The game itself (Hertha Berlin vs FCK) was a good game to watch and the fans were brilliant. Spent half the time watching them aswell as the game. The whole fan experience is far superior to any English game I've been to. 

The Olympic stadium is great and should be on everyone's list to visit. Iconic. 

The Hotel is in a really good location to get anywhere in the city. 10 minute walk at most to loads of bars, restaurants and shops which is great. 

Best of all was your customer service. It's quite easy to be a bit sceptical and nervous when booking with a new company or booking for the first time. From start to finish you and Alex have been very attentive and helpful with anything I've asked or needed. There's a genuine feeling that you both really care about your customer experience. 

Even with the slight hiccup with the hotel, it was a testament to you and your company how quickly this was resolved.

After been asked to be best man for my mates wedding, my attention was straight on getting the lads together for a weekend our mate wouldn't forget..
After seeing a add for mystery gamedays my mind was made up, the majority of the group are big football fans..
Mystery Gamedays took over to decide our destination..

The dates I requested weren't the best for MG to organise with match days changing due to the end of season and teams competing in play-offs ect..

But we weren't disappointed when we were given belgium and a game involving OH Leuven and Westerlo.

We had 2 days in brussels and took a train to Leuven for a full day ready for the night game.

I carnt thank Mystery Gamedays enough for all there hard work and support from the minute I first contacted them.

None of the 13 lads on the trip where disappointed and none of us will forget our weekend away.

Ended up getting Majorca and it was everything we wanted. Great night life great weather and great footballing experience all round. We will definitely be booking again soon as everything from the football to the location of hotel and flight times were perfect!

Amazing time had by all, arranged for 7 males, utterly surprised and astonished to open the mystery box at airport to find they were going to the San Siro in Milan, what a dream. Had an absolutely fabulous time, hotel accomodation good, flight times fantastic and got 2.5 days in Milan. 100% recommend Alan and his company.

We’ve just come back from a top weekend in Girona, Spain where we saw Girona v Villarreal. We had a big group of us that included 5 Dads and 5 lads (aged 10-14) which I’m sure made things tricky to plan, but everything was spot on. Alan was brilliant in keeping in touch from the first contact through to helping us while we were out there when someone lost their match ticket and needed a replacement via email urgently. Everything was really smooth, the hotel was great and after visiting the cracking little Girona stadium they’ve gained 10 new fans!
