just had the best weekend in bari… the atmosphere at the ground was crazy… hotel was decent and everything went smoothly… only slight gripe is having to sort transfers out because they sent us to an airport about an hour out of the city…. all in all good service and great holiday

Booked for a stag do, great value for money considering you get 2 flights, 2 nights in a hotel and a match ticket. Went to Dusseldorf and saw a German division 2 game, unreal stadium and belter atmosphere. Would 100% book again.

Just booked and can’t wait to go away on our mystery weekend away . After I completed the forms I’d noticed a few mistakes and I contacted on the chat and Chris was brilliant and efficient and sorted out all my mistakes . Thank you ☺️

Absolutely unforgettable weekend! An amazing experience in an incredible location. Incredible to be immersed in a fantastic European football experience. Everything from flights, accommodation to the game itself was great, no issues. Certainly would recommend!

We had a great weekend in the south of France. French Ligue 2 game of Annecy vs Bastia. Exactly what we expected from the service, somewhere we would never think to go. Hotel was 15 min walk from the ground.
Very well organised and good communication through out. Would certainly use again.

Not a simple start to the holiday but the customer service was fantastic and resolved our issues within a couple of hours. The AirBnB host we’d been booked wasn’t responding to our calls and therefore we couldn’t get into the property. We went straight onto the live chat and Chris (who was fantastic) sorted us out a new hotel within a couple of hours (and a very nice hotel may I add). Flights and the football no issues at all, game was fantastic and all round we had a great weekend. Will be back..but where?

Wow, what’s a great weekend we’ve had. Me and a friend decided to book this last July and it did not disappoint. You can send requests to suit your party, so we chose 4 countries we didn’t fancy as we would like to explore a new city, and we got sent to Gothenburg, Sweden. We had an early flight Friday and a late flight home Sunday so had 3 full days to explore the city. We got sent to IFK Göteborg vs Nörrkoping. 1 free kick goal, a red card, a penalty save, experiencing the ‘Ultras’ fans and a packed out stadium.
An excellent game and a great surprise to see Sven Goran Eriksson walk on the pitch too.

We had a slight issue in not receiving our code to the accommodation but George instantly sorted this and if anything, we were abit early to check in anyway.

Will certainly be booking again and I certainly recommend requesting where you do or don’t want to go or if you mind watching a lower league team or not.

An unforgettable experience overall.

What a weekend.

Booked this as a birthday present for my boyfriend back in August so waiting until April has been long but it was worth the wait.

Found out we would get to go to Alicante for the weekend which was a great bit of sun to escape the grey of the UK.

We booked to have hotel included , which was in the outskirts of Alicante so getting into Elche was a little difficult as the buses weren't reliable but not MADs fault.

The match itself was good as Elche won and we got to see some good goals.

All in all it was a fabulous weekend and we are looking at booking 1 every year as its the perfect weekend escape for football fans.

What a trip we've just had! Can't quite explain what an unbelievable adventure we've just had. Booked this for a joint 50th birthday celebration and we weren't disappointed. Ended up flying to Geneva, Switzerland for a French League 2 match (Annecy Vs Grenoble). Had the opportunity to take in 2 amazing cities that I would probably never would have thought of visiting if it weren't for this trip. This was exactly the adventure we were looking for and more. We'll certainly be booking again, can't recommend this highly enough!

Brilliant weekend in.. Gothenburg! It was somewhere we (a mate and I) hadn't been before, and we got to watch IFK Göteborg vs IFK Norrköping. Unreal atmosphere!

We had chosen four countries we did not want to go to as we wanted to go somewhere we hadn't been before, and that's exactly what happened.

The organisation and customer service were both brilliant. We hadn't had the access code sent through for our accommodation around 2 hours before we were due to check in, but we received a quick response from George who sorted it for us straight away.

Gothenburg is a really clean and tidy city, but surprisingly quiet. Our accommodation was within walking/scooter distance away from everything.

We really enjoyed our trip and would definitely do it again. Highly recommended.

We've had an amazing weekend in Geneva. We got watch servette fc v grasshoppers. Customer service from mystery away days was great only problem was booking our seats on the flight as was booked through the company but was sorted in half an hour Christian instantly replied to my emails and a phone call. We booked our own hotel . The atmosphere at the match was great we were behind the goal with hardcore servette fans staff in the ground were helpful and friendly

We got a weeeknd away to watch Bordeaux v Bastia. Was a great trip and everyone loved it. Will definitely be doing again next season.

I received my info pack 2 weeks prior to the trip. I opted to book my own accommodation so all I required was the flight and match tickets. I got tickets to see Vejle v Randers in the Danish Superligaen in the town of Vejle in Southern Denmark. Match was incredible and getting to explore somewhere in Denmark I had never heard of and definitely wouldn't have gone to on my own was really fun.

Had a few issues with the experience. I flew to Billund Airport and in the info pack it placed a particular focus on Billund but as mentioned our match was in Vejle which is 20 miles away from Billund I could've stayed in Billund and travelled on the day of the match but I wanted to stay near the stadium so I could soak up the culture of the club and the town. So I had to get a bus to Vejle which was simple enough but having more detailed info in my trip details would've been welcome as I did all my research on Billund then found out the match wasn't in Billund so it was a bit of a surprise. Also the match was on the Sunday instead of the more traditional Saturday which wasn't a big issue due to my return flight being late on the Sunday. However the match being on my last day meant relying on my hotel offering luggage storage after check out, which they did.

Really enjoyed my trip and would definitely do it again however to improve the experience perhaps a more detailed info pack especially in regards to where the match is taking place in relation to the airport would be welcome but then again I found out everything I needed with Google so it wasn't a big deal.

I have not yet been, but have had many questions throughout the booking process and the customer service has been excellent. Very kind and patient and doing the best they can to answer my questions, can't wait for my trip!

We flew out to Switzerland to watch Lausanne against FC Zurich, and the biggest thing to take away is that this package takes away any biases you may have about where the 'perfect' European away day may be. You might be tempted to check Spain for the chance to see Madrid or Barcelona, but we probably never would have visited Lausanne if not sent by Mystery Away Days. What a beautiful little city! The city centre was a short walk away from the hotel, featured some lovely bars as well as good shopping locations. As well as this, we visited the Olympic Museum down by the lake which was well worth a visit and really impressed. Lake Geneva itself is majestic, and again, was a natural beauty that I doubt I would have chosen to visit if it had been up to me. The hotel was close to the train station and was really well-kept and much better than a Premier Inn or Travelodge quality hotel, which is what I was expecting before we got there. The matchday experience was incredible, being sat right next to the Lausanne ultras and experiencing some awe-inspiring pyrotechnics and such that you would never see in your standard British match. The scare stories on here are clearly few and far between; we made the most of our stay and would definitely return of our own accord if we got the chance. Would highly recommend and we will be using again!

Ordered a few months ago and 4 of us just got back from Stavanger (Norway). Really good weekend and would absolutely recommend, the match was okay - a great experience overall & will look to go again. Flights at great times for a full weekend away & Hotel was central to the city, clean & tidy & included a great breakfast! Only constructive notes of criticism are: sent to an area where a pint is £10+ makes it a very expensive weekend & had to request our return flight details while out there as not sent initially. Was dubious off a kick off on a Sunday before flying home but actually worked out really well! 👍🏼

I’m writing this the night before our flight home; I booked this for my son’s 21st birthday gift, we were sent to Lausanne for their game vs FC Zurich. What an amazing place - the hotel was lovely and the town centre was a short walk away. On Saturday we wandered down to the lake and visited the Olympic Museum, which we would highly recommend. The general vibe and the whole atmosphere in and around the stadium was superb - we will definitely book with Mystery Away Days again 😎

I booked as a present for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. As much as I love the idea of a complete mystery, I did also ask for Italy, Spain or Germany. Mystery Away Days took this on board and a week and a half before flying we were sent the flight and hotel details for Berlin. Our match ticket followed a couple of days later. Sent to a Hertha Berlin game in the Olympic stadium. Yes, it was a Bundesliga 2 game but the atmosphere, fans, stadium and football did not disappoint. The Friday evening kick off allowed us to check in, explore a bit of Berlin and then go to the game. We had all Saturday to explore Berlin even more.
