Having tried to use the online chat which wasn't answered, I called instead. Spoke to a lady who was extremely helpful and resolved my issue straight away. Great customer service and shows that sometimes a human is better than a machine!

I just wanted to say what a first class service I have received from My Money Matters, this level of efficiency and pleasantness is so rare these days.
