Happy with replacement
I have just received a replacement Miami tennis bracelet 2.0 for the original one which I wasn’t very happy with.
Customer service was brilliant, they sent the newer bracelet and I am very happy with it. Thank you.

Miami tennis bracelet
I bought the Miami tennis bracelet. It is absolutely beautiful. I haven’t taken it off. I initially had trouble with the clasp. While first putting it on my wrist it was difficult to get the tongue on one side into the slot. It took a few tries which resulted in the tongue actually bending. I thought it would break but gently bent it back and after another few tries was able to close the clasp. I think there may be a tiny fault in the strength of the clasp. I will be scared to take it off if I have to clean it but for the moment it is ok and I love it. Unlike others, it does not catch on clothes so very well made and smooth. Really good quality.

Excellent customer service, beautiful jewelry
I am so pleased with the jewelry AND the customer service! I bought 6 pieces and they all were lovely. When a piece of one of the bracelets broke, I sent an email to their customer service department letting them know what happened. I got an email back in less than 5 minuets and already had a shipping confirmation that they had sent me a replacement! They assured me that they intensively test all their jewelry to test the durability and coating strength, and that they take quality control extremely seriously. All of the other pieces have held up through going to the gym/showering/daily wear, so I’m sure that was a fluke, but I was really impressed with their quick and kind response. Customer for life.

The team is still researching what happened with your broken bracelet, they're currently reviewing the batch number and backtracking when and who made it, to see what caused it and how it can be prevented in the future for other customers.
Your replacement bracelet is already at our international airport and should arrive upcoming week!

Fast delivery and good quality
Jewelry received quickly in Germany, I’ve worn it for the last 2 weeks in both the gym and swimming pool, still shines like day one. Will def be buying more in the future, ooh and Sascha is so helpful as well, I had a question about a ring size before buying and it got answered really quickly
