Great product and very helpful staff. Definitely recommend!

Had a problem but it was sorted out, the customer service is second to none, wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Products are unique and high quality, everything is absolutely outstanding! Thank you!

Great lock. Easy to open and close. Arrived when said, needed extra padding which was no problem to them. Well done 👍

Quick service, fast delivery good quality product

Had many steering loques over the years, all perfectly colour matched to my cars!! Sorted me out EVERY TIME without any issues!! Can’t recommend this company and these steering locks enough!!

Had for around 6 months now and is a brilliant addition to the car to maintain safety. Easy to apply and comes in custom colours if you wish. Had a few delays with delivery as there was high demand at the time but it was dealt with brilliantly and I received frequent email updates on the status and even a little goody bag and prop lock as an apology.
Thank you 😄

Came on time and looks perfect, protects my car and looks nice compared to others

Good product and custom made to colour match your vehicle makes it unique 👌 will recommend to my pals for sure

Great product and Professional company to deal with. thank you.

Baseball bat steering lock was delivered so fast, looks awesome and gives you that extra protection, best in the game and would 100% recommend to everyone.

Great quality and gives a unique look as it matches the car and adds the protection needed. Very happy with the product and glad to be working with the company on Instagram making content to share

Great service from the team! Speedy delivery and the colour match on the Baseball Bat Steering Lock was spot on! Couldn't ask for better!

Very good product and delivery service

Received my baseball bat steering lock and I’m very happy with it. Had an issue with the first one but they were very quick in resolving my issue which I’m grateful for. The lock matches my car perfectly and now I can park anywhere and feel safe. Thank you ☺️

Great product !!! just had a small issue with the delivery but the seller went above & beyond to keep me informed, would reccomend this product in this current climate of car theft.

Now don't get me wrong the product is amazing but the service and communication between seller and customer is awful.

So I ordered my product and I got my order confirmation email (Like a customer should). But then I about an hour later I got the shipping confirmation email. (An email to confirm with the customer that fulfilment has been compleet and the product is now with the couriour). So I thought as it was Monday they might not of been busy so they got my product through before the main rush of the week.

So I gave it 48 hours and then tried to check the tracking but it was still not active so I emailed MyLoque to find out why tracking was'nt working. Only to be told to be patiant and to give another 48 hours as the product was still in the production stage. (I did'nt mind if it was going to take a week or a month to get to me I just expected better communication as to when the products was leaving them.

I then checked the tracking on Friday and it was active but I had no email from MyLoque to confirm that it had left them (Because the shipping confirmation to CONFIRM that had been sent early so I had nothing to inform me that the product was on its way.

So don't get me wrong the product is great it's just the communication between seller informing the customer of what stage of the process the customers product is at and these emails can be automated to be sent out at the right times so it's just bad customer service.

Great quality and fast delivery perfect product

The baseball bat; good looking quality product at an excellent price. Easy to use and loved the way I could pick the colours that suited my car.
Perfect💙💛👌
