Nice friendly helpful person on the phone ,when we called to make an amendment ,great speaking to a human rather than trying to make booking online with amendments

Not worth a visit
Breakfast was terrible cold and little choice
1st room we had the bed was falling apart and they gave us 2 electric heaters still freezing
Moved rooms which was better still a very dated room flaking paint, needs a good makeover
Light shades have holes in them view was only good thing.
Wouldn't return or recommend to anyone

I received this voucher as a birthday…
I received this voucher as a birthday present I found it very difficult to use the voucher to book a hotel had to end up phoning head office to do the booking for me .

Lovely and friendly hotel
We had a lovely time,the hotel was spotless,beds are comfy ,the room had everything you need.
Dinner service was great the staff very polite and friendly,
Breakfast was lovely and again the staff was great really welcoming.

Excellent Prices
Only recently found myhotelbreak.com and the savings already are amazing!! Sometimes upto £40 cheaper than other booing platforms, plus there's occasionally extras - breakfast included, free bottle of prosecco.
It is now our first go to hotel search engine.
