Customer Service To The Rescue

Initially had some trouble completing my order online. It seems their ordering system’s built in “fraud detection”, suspected fraudulent activity and locked me out.
Julie from Customer Service acknowledged my concern within an hour and had the issue resolved very fast. She went above and beyond by checking back with me to ensure things worked properly. Additionally she sent an acknowledgment of my order with comments and apologies for any frustration and inconvenience I experienced.
A Great Customer Service experience from a company that makes a wonderful product that works!
I appreciate their dedication and concern for their customers.

Just headache

If you have time and passion to spend time, just get in touch and order from them. It is insane how they do the business, they’re in their lalalad with their rules and how they do business
My wife orders someting by accident now for the return they give us 20% back from all the amount she payed

I love this product

I love this product. If used on a continuous daily basis, it’s one of the few that actually works and does what it claims to do. I had major foot surgery and nothing helped with the nerve pain I was having until I started using this Relief Cream. The tenderness and pain has subsided greatly along with the sensitivity of touch. I highly recommend this product. Also has helped with my husband’s shoulder pain!

This cream is a bit expensive

This cream is a bit expensive, but it does make it easier for me to complete my tasks at hand , I suffer from arthritis issues in my lower back ,knees,ankle and foot. It pains me to walk long distances or stand for prolonged periods even sitting gets the best of me sometimes , this product is not a cure all , but it does make it possible to not just give up or rely on pain killers all day, every day. Sometimes in the moment I forget about the pain and stiffness , but all too soon it creeps back, lol. Please know I am thankful for the soothing relief this formula provides.

Total Relief has earned its name

Total Relief has earned its name. It has brought me immense relief from my peripheral neuropathy in both hands. Its magnesium based compound really work on reducing both stiffness and pain. I am nearly finished my first jar which I got a month ago. My right hand has regained full mobility, and my left hand is about 60% recovered. I edit book manuscripts on my computer so I need my hands to work properly. Total Relief Magnesium Cream has let me get back to work. Their customer service has been prompt and positive. I am looking forward to my next order arriving soon. Highly recommended.

The cream is great 👍, my only issue is the cost and the exchange rate. But the cream is a huge relief for my knees. I bought some for my sister as she needed something for her ankle.

These people are scammers

These people are scammers. I have ordered 4 extra bottles from them by accident and askef for refund. They have told me to return bottles and they will reimburse me for $102 They have told me they will refund within 21 days and I never got refund. I went to paypal to dispute the charge. HIRELIEF emailed me immediately asking to remove a dispute and they will refund me wirhout dispute. I told them to take a hike. Paypal resolved the case in their favor even though I have attached an email stating hirelief agreed to refund me. I have called paypal. Paypal told me that hirelief does not want to refund me because I have never sent back the items which is a lie. Why did they never call me or email me asking for mailing proof then? Instead, I have a confirmation letter from HIrelief confirming refund. Please please dont deal with these people or you will be sorry just like I am.

After reviewing your account, I can confirm that your refund request became subject to an active PayPal dispute. Once a dispute is opened, the transaction falls under the payment provider's dispute process, and we are unable to issue a separate refund or intervene outside of that process while the case is active.

Our records show that your refund was contingent upon the return of the products in accordance with our return policy. If proof of return or delivery was not available during the dispute review, PayPal would make its decision based on the documentation submitted by both parties.

We would also like to clarify that requesting the closure of a dispute is not intended to prevent a customer from receiving a refund. Rather, duplicate refunds cannot be processed while a payment dispute is being handled by the payment provider.

If you want something that does what it should...

We got off to a messy start, but my goodness they made up for it in follow up service from Aga, the CEO. On top of that, this cream actually delivers. I do suggest you check your expectations, because it is not a cure all for everything. BUT it is amazing for joint pain relief, nerve inflammation relief, and is a brilliant way to get magnesium directly into the areas that need it through your skin. I have nothing but gratitude to find a small company doing a great job with great intentions. oh and a side note, if you are using the cream, get the magnesium supplement too.... come at the issue from the inside and the outside. The only way to know if it helps, is to try it.

Works extremely well!

So far I am quite surprised at how well this cream works on my nerve pain, and other pain . Just rub it in and relief is felt within seconds! I will definitely be buying more!

How small the jar is - I know you state size but in the advertisement it looks bigger.

treatment unsure

On my 2nd jar, not convinced yet my sciatic is still giving me pain, although when first apply the cream it seems to relieve for a short time just like a decor rub .

I answered hi relief through their support line and gave them information on how to reach me they reached out and said the correct amount would have been fixed at checkout I thought I was at checkout

I was trying to order this total relief magnesium cream so I choose Buy 2 get one free I opted out of the subscription and any other promotions the price was 34.95 with subscription and 39.95 without so why when I get to check out is the price I was being charged 125.00 dollars am I counting something wrong??

I now have 9 jars. I cancel the order and they still keep coming. I've spent over 300.00. Not good in this economy. Ran low on med money this month. Have been using for 6 months. Can't feel any difference.
