I received order and it was not suitable so I asked for refund and they sent another 3 jars and charged me. I have returned 5jars after doing everything they asked and now. Nothing!😡

I did happen to misunderstand that my order was a subscription that I was not prepared for, when I explained this Total Relief were very good to me & sorted the problem immediately, they were very understanding and helpful. I could not ask for a better result.

Originally I was very disappointed with this experience. The CEO was interested enough to contact me directly and made things right. I was impressed with his willingness to work the difference out. Can’t say anything about the product yet as I have not used it yet. He agreed that the product site is a bit confusing and he will be looking into the delays with customer service. Thanks.

Although I didn’t complete my purchase due to personal reasons, the help and understanding I received was nothing less then top notch. If Total relief is half as good as their customer service they will surely go far.

I placed an order through one of the online adds. even though I wasn’t in the mood for an upsell I had to go through three upsell videos. They always tell them as short videos, but they’re always 30 to 45 minutes long I finally got through. I clicked on all the pass-throughs and thought the order was placed just fine but it turns out there was a problem. Customer Service gone On it and helped me out with it. The agent explained the order volume was higher than expected, and that my package would be delayed between 5 to 10 working days. I’m not happy but they at least let me know upfront. I’d buy from them again.

I really like my product. It helps with the pain that I’m experiencing from the mastectomy. I also use it to massage my feet. I’m finally getting to see a podiatrist so then I can find out what’s going on with my nerves in my feet.

I ordered the 2 plus 1 jars. In my first email I thought
the company said they would be delivered between 3 to 5 working days. They actually meant up to 28 days, WHICH I didn’t see in the advertisement.
We clearly misunderstood the delivery date.
Because of this a conversation between us has
been held and things have been resolved.
They are a very cooperative and supportive company!
I am very happy to have dealt with them and have had a positive experience.

Buy one, get one free means just that. They try to spin a different story, but it all boils down to deceptive advertising. They charged me $110 for 3 jars, when an individual jar was $39, and they were advertising the deal at $34. They also had an advertisement showing $19 for a jar.
They promise a 90 day guarantee only applies to unopened jars.
Update: The company has gone out of their way to make things right. I do think their advertising needs to be clarified. I haven't received the product yet, and will be conservative with my rating until I have actually tried it.

I recently started an order with myhirelief
I had seen multiple ads for the total relief cream. I have health issues and desired to gain some relief for my pain. I was skeptical. I reviewed it on sites and thought it to be reliable from their hi reviews. I placed my order and it immediately took me too a spot to order capsules to make it even better. I pushed the back button, took out all my information and thought I was done. I shortly received a notice that my account had been billed. I did the buy three get three free for 67% off. I was charged for all six bottles. I immediately contacted there free return number it never connected. I tried to email them. It didn’t work. This company is a scam. Beware

This company does not honor their guarantee. I have requested to return the product unopened and they have ignored my request a number of times. I bought the product via PayPal and I was unaware the dollar amount was in American currency as I was not shown a total amount invoice. I originally raised a complaint via PayPal. I was requested by a service manager at Total Relief to close the complaint so that they could negotiate directly with me. Once I closed the complaint they have ignored my request to return the product. They are in my opinion a scam company.

I ordered one jar to try. The product arrived with an air gap and it wasn't even three-quarters full I reached out and they didn't respond I escalated to a PayPal case and they reached out promising the world if I closed my PayPal case. I did and I never heard from them again. Customer care is not their priorities. Then to add insult to injury some how when I purchased the jar I signed up for a monthly payment plan which I closed. The integrity and honesty of this company is very questionable
Now they reply saying they have reached out and yes they did but once again did not honour their refund which they said they would do and I replied to their offer this is very questionable how this company operates
