What a great service from Myfreecourse
What a great service from Myfreecourse. I enrolled on the level 2 business start-up course and have not long completed it. I was placed with Rotherham college to complete a remote course. The experience was great, tutors were easy to reach and I am now awaiting my certificate. The course does take up time so if you’re very busy or exhausted by the evening then I’d urge you to think about what time you can dedicate to getting modules submitted on time. Would definitely recommend and have recommended to a friend. May do another course in future.

I am now starting my second free course. I have found the process very easy. From enrolling, starting the course, receiving help whenever needed and being given feedback to help you progress. You receive an official certificate once passed. The courses are varied and relevant for home and employment.

I have not been able to access a tutor and also everything is written. No graphs or alternative learning. Have had to find my own method to learn the same information. IE YouTube and visuals

It would be helpful to have from the outset one named person to liase with. In my case I had several people contacting me which was confusing. Also I've received very little background information either from your organisation or Moulton College regarding expectations of the course, ie word count, how to source background material etc for the units.

A course that fits my lifestyle
I live in a rural area and dont drive so an online course is perfect for me. I am half way through doing level 2 counselling course, the course material is very detailed and informative with lots of links for further information and the staff are always there to help if you need to contact them. I am really enjoying this course and would definately consider more online courses in the future and would highly recommend this one 😀

Support and help
Communication with the student is excellent, which surprised me, as I previously struggled without access to the course and student platforms Now the team is helping, and there's no problem logging in to the student platform, despite the reports, there was no response, only blaming the students. This team understand that factors beyond the students' don't control everything, e.g as health condition, always help. They call to ask how they can help, they are supportive. I highly recommend it.

I have been unable to get a response…
I have been unable to get a response about the start date for my course. I completed and submitted unit 1 under duress but didn’t enjoy it owing to time pressure and I now see there’s a deadline of 4th August for unit 6!! I’ve sent two messages to the tutor but no response as yet. I think I was mistakenly entered for a course that started weeks ago. Please advise.

I really enjoyed doing the Dignity and Safeguarding in Adult Health and Social Care course.
What made my experience great:
The course was clear, easy to follow, and very relevant to my work as a Healthcare Assistant. The examples and scenarios helped me understand how to protect service users and respect their dignity in real situations. I especially liked the sections on spotting signs of abuse and how to report concerns properly.
What the company is doing well:
The company provides important training that directly helps me deliver safe and respectful care. The content is up to date, and it reminds me of my responsibilities to keep vulnerable adults safe. The course was also easy to access and complete.
Overall, I feel more confident and knowledgeable after completing this training. Thank you.
