Avoid this company, it’s a total scam. Flowers arrived dead and no refund was given, customer support is non existent

AVOID!!!!!

Still not entirely convinced this isn't an scam - online service, take money for orders which don't deliver on time if at all. No number to call. Hours between each message in chat which is normally that they are still checking out and will come back. Twp days of this so far! I have reported to the bank. Terrible company ethos, if it is a company!!

First order was fine. Then they automatically sent flowers again, claimed I had a subscription I never signed up for. Refused refund; I had to pay £15 to redirect them. I explicitly cancelled all future orders….. yet 3 months later they took money from my account again and sent more flowers, causing huge embarrassment.

Since posting my review, the company reached out with a full apology, refunded every penny including my £15 redirection fee, and offered a 30% discount should I wish to give them another try.

I’m updating my rating because they’ve taken responsibility and put things right properly. I still believe the billing/subscription system needs to be clearer, but I appreciate them stepping up and fixing this. Will consider using them again.

Do not use this company they are a complete scam.

Very very poor wish I had read the reviews seems very much the same delivery issue with everyone anyone reading the reviews really dont bother ordering

I paid for same day morning delivery, it was missed, the company can be contacted only via chat or Whatsapp and i kept receiving automated replies for hours unend. No proper communications what so ever.
Save yourselves the trouble and do not use them.
I wish i had read the reviews prior to my order.
Extremely poor value for the prices they charge.
Never again.

Dreadful experience. I would never use them again and certainly not
recommend them. Despite emails and WhatsApp for 11 days, and TWO payments to them the delivery problem has not been resolved and standard response each time is: We are experiencing a high volume of requests and are doing out best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible!

Advertised flowers to come with free vase, no vase, after contacting customer service they were useless, avoid this company!

An absolute disgrace of a company. My partner who lives overseas ordered me a bunch of flowers for our anniversary. He paid for same day delivery. No show. When he contacted them, met with a bot like everyone else seems to have. Another day for a response. As a sorry they said they’d chuck in a vase for the inconvenience and upgrade to a bigger bunch of flowers as well. Neither of these happened. When they arrived the following day the flowers were an absolute disgrace, all wilted and no vase as promised. When he escalated this they tried to say that the flowers were correct (they weren’t) and how is a bunch of flowers with 4 stems classed as a large? Also the card in the box was wrong so I’ve been given someone else’s card and someone else has got my personalised card instead. Absolutely disgusting service, disgusting flowers and far too over priced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Nothing short of an absolute shambles and extremely disappointing to say the absolute least. Avoid at all costs.

paid £120 for an XL flower arrangement and balloons for a special occasion. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different from what was advertised on the website.

I specifically paid extra for the XL flower arrangement, but the flowers I received looked small, cheap and very ordinary. Honestly, they looked like something I could have bought from a supermarket for around £10. The balloons were also very basic and certainly did not justify the amount I paid.

I contacted the company to explain how disappointed and let down I was. Instead of properly addressing the problem, they offered me only a 30% refund (£36) or store credit.

I paid £120 based on the quality and presentation shown on their website. I did not receive what I reasonably expected to receive for that amount.

This was supposed to be for a special occasion, and the whole experience left me extremely disappointed. Customers work hard for their money, and when you pay £120, you expect to receive a product that reflects that price.

I feel completely let down by both the quality of the arrangement and the way my complaint was handled.

Very disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

No communication after ordering, flowers did arrive, not what I expected at all...no way they were worth the amount I paid for them and a few roses arrived, wilted in a box through the letter box. A huge disappointment

Ordered flowers to arrive the day before my 45th wedding anniversary. Paid for same day delivery. On that date got a msg, no flowers. Will I accept them the following day, on my anniversary. Yes ok. On the day same msg. No flowers, will I accept another day. I cancel my order. No refund. They have offered me replacement bouquets for 3 days now and I said no on each occasion. Today I get msg that they can't give me a refund through my original payment method (Halifax Credit Card) and that I must accept their offer. Do NOT buy from this company!

Never and I mean ever use this company. My partner spent £94 for a thoughtful birthday present very early in the day as he paid extra for the 9-12pm same day delivery. I waited in that morning for that delivery for them to never even arrive. So firstly wasted my time on waiting in. So I message them on WhatsApp to where I was left with an automated message. Continued on my birthday for them to finally message me with an actual human reply in the evening of that day saying the Courier that they were using wasn’t available and messed them up so they were giving me an extra gift a ‘Vase’ as a sorry. I sucked this up and just dealt with it as I already knew they weren’t coming on my birthday anyway. The next day there was absolutely nothing. Again messaged them to ask where the hell my order was for them to just hit back with ‘here’s tracking’ so again no show. Then the next day they finally arrive and the flowers are withered and dead. Soft to the touch, falling apart when I take the packaging off of them to put them in the vase. I cannot even save them that’s how bad quality they are. Now I’m already very irritated as they didn’t arrived on the day they were supposed to and then for them to arrive 3 DAYS later, I’m not surprised they are dead. I’m currently fighting for a refund because I’m so mad. Again left with an automatic response by a bot so we’ll have to see if I can even get a refund for them. £94 down for really horrible poor quality flowers. Everything else that came with it was fine but the flowers are the main part and with them being ruined it puts a bad taste on everything else as I just don’t want the order as a whole now anyway. So DO NOT USE THEM AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS! save yourself the hassle PLEASE!

Totally disgusting 80 quid and the roses had brown petals when arrived 4 days later the flowers are practically dead wont refund the money even though it says she will love the flowers or there free they offered 10% refund its a joke do not order from there 🤬😡 got pics but cant upload them

I ordered a large “feeling “bouquet and was disgusted with the small “recipe “ of flowers as they call it that arrived … It cost £71 for the equivalent of a forecourt bunch of flowers . They kept saying that all the flowers were in the bouquet which was true but refused to acknowledge it was a smal bouquet . I only asked for -£21 refund to be scrupulously fair but NOTHING was offered just kept saying “recipe “ was there and flowers delivered ( thrown over gate )

Failed upon delivery, once chased by myself they then fabricated an invoice, past onto their ‘partners’ and still failed to make the delivery. That aside I was told I couldn’t guarantee the flowers ordered. In an industry where flowers can mean so much in absolutely disgusted with the service. £60 down and no flowers to its intended.

I ordered my bouquet and paid extra for the day delivery, this did not happen? Infact we received the flowers 4 days later via Royal Mail, obviously nearly dead?
I complained but was fobbed off and only offered 15% refund, I paid over £50 for dead flowers, lessons learnt don’t buy online flowers,
