A good selection of reasonably priced italian food and household items. I always receive everything I order within the agreed timeframe and extremely well packaged. A very reliable service I have now been enjoying for several years.

Today I received an email with a £10 voucher asking me to change my review to a positive one; yet, in previous communications, you had stated that nothing could be done about the matter. I also received a phone call from someone trying to convince me that everything was fine, except for my review, at which point I hung up. I didn’t like the tone. I had simply had enough of you. So, if that £10 voucher was meant to "buy" a positive review, then no thank you: the review will remain published for others to read. My first order took weeks to arrive, and I was fully justified in complaining about the significant delivery delay; on that occasion, you offered me a voucher by way of apology. Furthermore, you sold my daughter (I shop with my daughters, we order together, though obviously you wouldn't know that) crisps that were due to expire in a few weeks and were already stale; when she contacted you, you replied that nothing could be done and that they were discounted anyway (even though we didn't know the discount was due to the imminent expiration).
If this is how you run your business, I am afraid you were right, we can no longer be your customers, nor do we wish to be contacted again. If your intention had truly been to apologise, you could have sent me the 5 packs of biscuits or offered me the voucher right from the start, instead of trying to discredit my honest review. I think you’ve forgotten the most important thing for a shopkeeper: that the customer is always right.

Prices on promo and offers are basically the same as the full price one, most of the times. But for an italian looking for italian products, can be a good place to shop.

The products are all good and delivery was fast.

The worst online Italian grocery order I’ve ever received. Items were carelessly packed, with cans of soft drinks thrown into thin plastic bags instead of proper protective packaging; one leaked and soaked multiple items in the box. A jar of vanille marrons also arrived smashed, with its contents spread throughout the package. While the damaged items were refunded, that hardly makes up for the mess and the time wasted cleaning sticky residue off everything else. Extremely poor packing standards—I will not be ordering from them again.

The shipping time is very long! The prices as affordable but you will receive your package maybe after 15 days! There are many other online shops that are a little more expensive but very fast!

We ordered a selection of good quality pasta shapes (some of which you cannot find in an ordinary supermarket) and Mutti sauce,they all arrived well packaged in two cardboard boxes,on time with no faulty product. We would surely use this service again

Just received my Deli box order yesterday and I must say..they have done exceptionally well with the packaging. Really really pleased on the effort put in..which I can tell.

Biscuits ordered were in good condition too and not crushed like they sometimes tend to be with other couriers.
